Take a deep breath in and fill your heart with gratitude.
Then send this feeling of thankfulness to this person for making you happy today.
Say quietly,
Thank you.
Now think about something delicious you ate today.
Who cooked it for you?
One of your parents or maybe a cooked school?
Breathe in and try to remember the taste of this dish.
Was it sweet or salty?
Did it have a particular smell?
You feel thankful for this delicious dish you have enjoyed today.
Now I would like you to think about something interesting you have learned today.
Did you read it in a book or a magazine?
Or maybe you studied some amazing facts in one of your lessons.
What was it about?
You are grateful for all the new things that you learn every day.
Finally,
Remember someone who was kind to you today.
Was it your friend who shared their snack with you?
Or your mother who had prepared your lunchbox?
What did this person say?
How did this make you feel?
Did you feel loved or special?
Once again fill your heart with gratitude and send it out to this person.
Imagine the same person standing in front of you and give them a big hug.
Now let's go back to your breath.
Breathe in slowly and then exhale.
