Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining me.

Today we are going to be doing some breath work for self-love and personal power.

Self-love and personal power are the root of authenticity.

And remember,

When you are in alignment with your most authentic self,

The universe provides.

Today we are going to be getting back into flow of our own spirit,

Flowing with our own energy by connecting with our authenticity.

We are going to begin our practice today by laying down.

So allow yourself a few moments to lay down,

Get comfortable,

Ensure that there is symmetry in the body,

Your spine is nice and straight.

Start the knees and neck if you need to now as well.

Now begin by just taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Just to ground and center your energy before we begin.

Whenever you're ready,

Place your left hand on your solar plexus and your right hand on your heart.

You are receiving love for your authenticity,

Love for your voice,

Love for who you are at your core.

And allow yourself to return to your natural breathing,

Being aware of the breath and feeling into these energy centers,

Feeling the love and feeling your personal power awakening now.

Whenever you're ready,

Let's take a deep inhale through the nose,

First filling the belly,

Then the ribs,

Then the chest and hold for just a few counts and then exhaling from the chest,

Then the ribs,

Then the belly,

Rest for a few counts.

And continuing the cycle of breathing,

Belly,

Ribs,

Chest,

Exhaling chest,

Ribs,

Belly.

Continue at your own pace.

Allow your body to expand and take up space and allow your body to release and feel relief.

As you continue to move through these breathing cycles,

I would like you to visualize a glowing yellow spinning disc in the solar plexus,

A green spinning disc in the heart and a blue disc glowing in the throat.

Now preparing for your next inhale.

As you breathe in through the belly,

Visualize the solar plexus chakra activating.

In the ribs,

Your heart is activating and up to the top of your chest,

Your throat is activating now.

Continue moving through these cycles of breathing,

Belly,

Ribs,

Chest,

Visualizing the health and vitality of your chakras,

Activating and awakening as you breathe life into them.

And I'm going to give you a few more moments to continue breathing on your own.
