Let's slow down,
Beginning this meditation with a body relaxation.
You can go ahead and close your eyes and begin taking some breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Several times now in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Then one more time in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just repeating this breathing pattern on your own throughout the rest of the meditation.
Starting with our body relaxation,
I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.
And you'll either whisper or repeat out loud this command to your own body.
We'll start with the feet.

You can go ahead and visualize,
Sense,
Imagine or feel a waterfall of golden white light pouring down through the top of your head and washing away any and all thought that you might be having at this time.
Let the volume of the waterfall increase or decrease according to what you need to clear your mind.
We'll sit here for several moments.
Just cleansing and washing away any and all thoughts.
Slaughter You You You Just letting this waterfall of golden white light Wash away any and all thought You You You You Love Love Love Love Love Love Letting this word come down all around you Filling you And having your own experience Love Love Love Love You You You You You You You You See yourself walking down a path On one side of this path is a stone wall and as you walk you notice the stone to your right This wall that's solid and that's right next to you As You walk You realize there's a lot of emotion inside of you a Lot that's waiting to be released Whether it's anger stress Frustration fear Whatever it is You feel it and you know that this wall can handle it And so as you walk Side by side with this wall You begin to really feel your emotions deeply Deeply And use this wall As a safety zone Where you can yell or scream or cry And know that you're safe here You are safe here and protected by this wall Feel your emotions now And as you feel Letting go of What you no longer wish to hold inside You just let it all out now all that's bugging you Seeing yourself Releasing it in whatever form Out of your body And into the light The wall is guarding you and keeping you safe And your emotions is coming out Even if they're negative and returning back to the light Feeling grateful for this safe space And you're safe here Feeling grateful for this safe space Feeling grateful for the container that is this wall You begin to walk taller have more confidence and have a sense of relief As you let go stripping away what was never really yours And just letting it all go back to the light And now feeling that adrenaline Feeling that adrenaline Feeling that release You visualize yourself Or even practice taking deep deep breaths The more air you can hold as you release and let go of all the motion It feels so good to fully breathe It's been a long time and you are worthy of this moment Breathing deeply releasing and letting go And now with this newfound energy that you have as a result of feeling your emotions You allow your body maybe you see or feel this You allow your body You allow your body to feel this You allow your body to feel this You allow your body to do whatever he or she wants You can see yourself moving dancing jumping up and down sitting relaxing Whatever works best for you at this time Letting your body also be really present for this Be really present for the process at hand Be really present for the process at hand Trusting your inner wisdom your inner light and your inner guidance That you can let go that you can move as you wish And that you'll be safe in doing so And feeling restored feeling rejuvenated for the space you've just created By letting go and feeling your emotions Here you are now a new light a brighter light a light that is more you You And now taking a moment just to pause Feeling the light flowing through you Feeling your connection to source Feeling the power of this moment And taking several more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth In through your nose and out through your mouth In through your nose and out through your mouth In through your nose And out through your mouth And then just breathing I'm feeling grateful for this meditation today.
Now you can slowly begin to return.
Opening your eyes.
Moving your legs and your arm.
And coming back to your sacred space.
To your heart.
To your life.
The meditation is now complete.
