Meditation Timer OnlineJoanne has been teaching yoga for 15 years. She is primarily based in London and teaches online, in studio and hosts overseas retreats. Over the 35 years of practice, she has explored different styles and schools, seeking out classes wherever around the world. She believes the combination of the creative and fluid practice of Vinyasa Flow and the cooling, slow and nurturing Yin Yoga is the perfect combination to practice and share. More recently Joanne has acknowledged the importance of maintaining bone density and adds body weight conditioning yoga and functional movement to maintain strength, she's 57 now! Joanne continues to delve deeper into her practice & her passion to explore, experience, and understand the boundless possibilities of being happy, healthy, content and authentic in a life that is often challenging.
