Welcome back to another Max Meditation System meditation.

Let's begin today by finding a comfortable spot or chair where your feet can rest firmly on the ground and your palms can face towards the sky in your lap,

Being open to receiving as you set an intention for yourself today.

Go ahead and set that intention now.

And now let's go ahead and close our eyes and begin taking some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathing in light and positivity as you breathe in through your nose.

And breathing out through your mouth.

All worry and all stress.

Letting yourself relax and breathe.

Letting yourself becoming more and more comfortable in your chair.

As we begin with a gentle body relaxation.

For this body relaxation I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.

Then you'll repeat these commands silently or in a whisper to your own body.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Heart relax.

Just remembering to take these deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Mind relax.

Emotions relax.

Emotions relax.

Emotions relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Entire body relax.

Special breathing so deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Sinking further and further into your chair.

Feeling so relaxed.

And now beginning to sense or feel or see or imagine a shower of light pouring down through the top of your head.

The shower of light pours down through your mind and starts washing away any thoughts that you're having.

Then it moves down into your body.

Washing away any stress,

Worries,

Fears,

Concern.

Letting all of this go back to the earth and away from you.

Let's sit here together in the shower of light.

Letting it all go so that you can be cleansed and refreshed,

Relaxed and rejuvenated for the rest of your day.

Letting it all go so that you can be clean and refreshed.

Now switching your focus solely to the word light.

Light Light Just staying with this word for the next few moments.

Light Light Light Light Light Light Light You can say this word back to yourself several times.

It helps you to connect.

Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Light Will you please take these handcuffs off of my ribs?

" The person responds,

I cannot.

I do not have the key for this.

So you walk around angry,

Sad,

And frustrated that the people outside of yourself aren't able to give you what you need.

Take trying several more times,

Feeling deflated,

Feeling upset.

You take a moment to just go sit on a park bench that you see nearby.

You're upset and you're frustrated.

You just allow yourself to feel these things.

You pause on this bench,

Waiting and hoping that someone will see you who has the key.

As you sit here,

An older gentleman walks by.

He sits down next to you.

He doesn't say much,

Just sits.

He looks over at your situation and then brings his gaze back forward,

Looking out at the park in front of you.

All of a sudden,

He says to you,

Are you there?

Have you ever thought that someone else doesn't have the key?

Have you ever thought that maybe you're the key?

That if you really do want to remove these locks that have been placed around your wrist,

Then you must set the intention and you must use your own will to have them removed.

You sit there in a state of shock,

Looking at this man,

Realizing he's a gift,

A gift from the light,

To remind you of your own power,

To remind you that you have the key,

And to remind you that with a strong intention,

Anything is possible.

You can set yourself free,

And so working with the light,

You begin to pray.

You ask for these chains,

These handcuffs to be removed.

You ask for freedom.

You ask for peace.

You ask for bliss.

Slowly feeling these chains and these handcuffs beginning to dissolve around your wrist.

The key was not in someone else saving you.

It was in you saving yourself,

Co-creating with the light,

Creating a stronger connection to the light,

To know that anything is possible and that you always have the power within,

Feeling relief with a big smile on your face.

You look over to tell this gentleman of your understanding that he is gone.

It was just a moment in time to remind you of your power,

To remind you that you truly are the key to setting yourself free.

Tears of gratitude flow from your eyes.

You feel your heart open more.

You just relax into the beauty and the know that you truly are divine,

Co-creating with the light,

Making your life whatever you wish for it to be.

Resting in your strength.

You take several more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

When you feel ready,

You can gently begin to move your body,

Your arm,

Your leg,

Opening your eyes and returning back to your sacred space.
