This week we truly let go and learn to flow. Through breaking up with control, we find inner peace. Join us for a guided journey through the forest to learn how to just be even when things are uncomfortable. You may just find flow to be your natural desired state.

Welcome back to another max meditation.

You can find yourself somewhere sitting comfortably,

Feeling relaxed,

Closing your eyes.

And beginning to take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And through your nose and out through your mouth.

Letting yourself breathe.

Letting yourself settle down into this meditation as we begin with a body relaxation.

I'll be saying out loud for each body part to relax three times.

And then you can repeat these commands silently to your own body.

Starting with the feet.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Feet relax.

Legs relax.

Legs relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Hips relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Back relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Stomach relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Heart relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Arms and hands relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Shoulders relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Neck and throat relax.

Face relax.

Face relax.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

Beginning to trust and imagine that you're the most relaxed you've ever been.

As you do this,

A waterfall of golden white light pours down from the sky and through the top of your head.

It starts washing away any and all thought that you're having at this time.

As the waterfall moves slowly and at other times more quickly depending on your thought.

But just let this waterfall flow through your mind now.

Washing away any and all thought.

Any new thoughts that pop in,

Any old thoughts that are ready to go.

Letting yourself sit here comfortably and become free.

And so for the next few moments just sitting here and letting that waterfall,

The golden white light moves through your mind.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

And so just continuing to breathe deeply.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower like the plant.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Sitting with this word and just having your own experience.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

Flower.

See yourself standing in the middle of the wood.

There's branches all around you.

And even if you wanted to move,

To find a different spot,

It would be very difficult for you here now.

So just allow yourself to stand here and not fight what is.

Can you allow yourself to stand here?

Not try to force something.

Not try to make something happen.

Just be with these branches all around you.

Knowing in time they'll fall away.

And soon you'll be able to walk more gracefully and with more ease through the wood.

In this moment you decide the best thing you can do now is take a seat.

Relax.

Breathe deeply.

Let yourself be where you are.

Even if it's uncomfortable,

Can you let yourself be where you are?

It is in this letting go of force.

It is in this letting go and not trying to fight that true strength is found.

And so just see yourself sitting here.

Not forcing anything.

Just letting this space take care of you as these moments pass.

Eventually you find yourself seated here.

So relaxed and then out of sleep.

But when you open your eyes,

You see many different roots now.

Many different ways to leave this area.

Because you were patient,

Many new doorways appear.

When you were forceful and frightened,

Nothing could show up for you.

So just admire this space now.

Full of opening,

Full of room for you to walk,

To be with your heart,

To be with yourself.

As you melt into the magic in this moment.

The magic of patience.

The magic of flow.

Feeling your breath getting deeper and deeper.

As you come more and more home to your true self.

And now with all possibilities around you,

You decide you want to treat life in this way.

You'd rather flow than force.

You'd rather be uncomfortable for a few moments and create chaos.

You'd rather just be than try to make something happen.

Your being is doing so much.

Your being is more than enough.

Letting yourself be.

Letting yourself be in this container of life that is you.

With love in your heart.

And love for all things.

You walk around a little bit more enjoying this moment.

Feeling your vibration going higher and higher.

As you connect with nature and with yourself.

Feeling so proud of yourself and all you've learned here today.

The letting go,

The surrender,

The flow.

We take three more deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

In through your nose.

And out through your mouth.

Gently and easily moving your arms and your legs.

Opening your eyes.

And coming back to this space.
