Welcome to a beautiful guided meditation.
You can find a seat wherever you are.
Feet flat on the ground ideally.
Palms facing towards the sky.
And closing your eyes,
Let's just take a couple of deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
In through the nose,
Breathing in light and positivity.
Breathing out through the mouth.
All worry and all stress.
Now go ahead and visualize.
See yourself standing in the middle of a room.
This room is filled with windows.
There's light pouring in on all sides.
And this feels like your chance.
Your chance to let go and release what's no longer certain.
And so you see yourself beginning to spin or twirl in a clockwise motion.
Twirling,
Spinning,
Almost as if it were a dance.
And with every spin and every twirl,
You let go.
With the light pouring in on all sides,
See yourself making the ceremonial gesture of spinning in clockwise circles.
Just letting go.
Whatever you're attached to.
You don't need it anymore to be you.
Just let it go.
Old emotion,
Old baggage,
Old patterns of thought.
Just let it go.
Letting the spin guide you.
Knowing you're safe here.
Being held in the light.
Without making yourself dizzy.
See this as an opportunity.
A chance to get rid of what's no longer certain.
And flies away with this powerful gesture.
As you recenter and reorient yourself to your truth.
What's keeping you off balance?
What's keeping you from you?
Answer these questions now in your own mind.
So that you can be free.
Free to let go.
If you need to make other gestures other than just clockwise circles or spinning,
Feel free to do that.
See your body moving.
A whole language within its own.
The power of release.
The power of taking back your power.
Letting it all go.
Standing in your certainty.
Standing in your divinity.
You can do this.
You can let go.
As your body expands and contracts with the release of energy.
You know that this is good.
This is where you're meant to be.
Let go.
Let go.
Let go.
Even though it might feel weird or different.
To stand in your power.
To stand in your truth.
You know this is the way.
And having the support of the light.
Letting your process of movement to be your own as you let go.
This is truly the way.
Taking a few more moments to complete this task.
To do whatever you need to do to honor yourself.
Feel this now.
Tuning in.
And letting go.
Letting go.
Now you emerge more victorious.
More whole.
More complete.
Even though you might feel a little different.
Perhaps a little wrong.
This is your bravery.
And your courage.
Shining through.
Thanking yourself for taking this time today.
And just taking several more deep breaths in through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
In through the nose.
And out through the mouth.
And then just very gently beginning to open your eyes.
To come back to your state.
Being good to yourself.
And acknowledging your meditation for the day.
