It may have been muffled sounds as your hearing turned on.
Or it may have been crisp and clear.
And remember all that you heard from the moment you could hear until what you are hearing right now.

And remember the first scent you smelled.
It may have been a soft,
Sweet and lovely smell.
Or it may have been some other kind of smell.
And remember all that you smelled from the moment you could smell to whatever you can smell right now.
And notice how you may remember smelling things you may not have been aware of at the time.

And remember the first flavour you ever tasted.
It may have been a pleasant,
Savoury taste or it may have been some other kind of taste.
And remember all the flavours you tasted from the moment you could taste to whatever you can taste right now.
And notice how you may remember tasting things you may not have been aware of at the time.

And remember the first sensation you felt.
It may have been a gentle touch or it may have been a different kind of touch.
And remember all the sensation you felt from the moment you could feel to whatever you can feel right now.
And notice how you may remember feeling things you may not have been aware of at the time.

And remember the first emotion you experienced.
It may have been a gentle awakening or it may have been some other kind of feeling.

And remember all the things beyond those senses and feelings that are indescribable.
