Great pacing, great visualization, just overall good vibes. The only downside is that I put this meditation on to encourage rest after waking at 2:30 am, and now I'm feeling energized and ready to start my day at 3:15 😅 I am embracing change and I'm ready to go wherever the river flow takes me.
