What's worrying you right now?

There's a balloon in front of you,

And you're able to open that balloon and speak into it.

All of your problems that are making you panic in this moment are going to fill up this balloon.

Speak them one at a time and watch the balloon get bigger and bigger.

Do this for about a minute.

Do this for about a minute.

Now,

Together,

Me and you are going to write on this balloon.

Worrying about these problems does not serve me right now.

Okay,

We've wrote on this balloon.

Now's the fun part.

We get to let go of it.

Go ahead,

Release the balloon.

All your problems now are being released into the external world.

Those worries,

Those problems,

Those stresses,

No longer have to have a hold on you anymore.

They have been released.

They are no longer your burden.

Feel calm about the situation you're in at the moment.

I promise you that with a clear mind,

You'll realize that your problems are not as big as what you think they are.

Release those problems.

See clearly.

You can do this.

You are strong.

I believe in you.
