In this meditation we are going to be expressing gratitude.
You see gratitude allows you to look through a lens of positivity.
It allows you to see the beauty in absolutely everything.
And when you can see the beauty in everything,
Then it changes your energetic output.
You start to interact with the world differently.
You start to approach situations in a positive way.
And of course that's going to bring opportunities for you,
Open up doors for you.
Most successful people in life have this lens.
If you ask them what's the secret to your success,
They'll say,
Well,
You know what,
I didn't take anything for granted.
So,
Let's try this practice today.
I want you to notice after this meditation how you feel.
Because I can almost guarantee you,
You'll be feeling very,
Very good.
And maybe this realization will help you take powerful practices of gratitude forward into your everyday life.
I like to express my thanks through a little prayer in the evening,
Not necessarily to a God.
But I just say out loud the things that I've been thankful for in the day.
And I believe that this has created a lot of success for me in my life.
So when I say these things we're grateful for,
I'm going to give you five or ten seconds to just appreciate that thing that we're grateful for together.
Let's begin.
I'm thankful for the blue sky above me.
I'm thankful for the four walls surrounding me right now.
I'm thankful for my family.
I'm thankful for my friends.
I'm thankful for the opportunities that have presented themselves to me over the last year.
I'm thankful for the ground beneath my feet.
I'm thankful for planet Earth.
I'm thankful for the night sky and the stars.
I'm thankful for the feelings of love that I get every single day in different shapes or form.
I'm thankful for my employment.
I'm thankful for clean drinking water.
I'm thankful for food on the table.
I'm thankful for animals.
I'm thankful for all the positive memories I have of my childhood.
I'm thankful for holidays.
I'm thankful for the lessons that I've learned in life.
I'm thankful for the breath that I take every other second.
I'm thankful for warmth and security.
I'm thankful for living in the country I live in.
I'm thankful for all the role models in my life.
I'm thankful for my parents.
I'm thankful for my education.
I'm thankful for opportunities that will present themselves to me in the future.
I'm thankful for being able to become the person that I am today.
I'm thankful for the environment that I'm in right now.
I'm thankful for powerful stories in whichever shape or form,
Books,
Television,
Films.
I'm thankful for the Milky Way.
I'm thankful for the sun.
I'm thankful for the moon.
I'm thankful for sweet treats.
And now I'm going to give you a couple of minutes to express gratitude in your own personal way.
I just want you to visualize all the things that make you feel good,
However big or small,
And be thankful for them.
