Hello and welcome to the meditation today.

My name is Emma and I'm a Naturopathic Homeopathic Practitioner in Melbourne and this meditation is on the request of my friend and colleague in India,

Dr.

Sanawa Ali.

I invite you to join this meditation today.

Relax,

Perhaps light a candle or wear a meditation shawl like I am today.

Find your special place,

Sit down,

Closing your eyes as you're ready,

As you draw attention to your breath,

Taking nice deep breaths in through the nose for a count of four and hold and out through the nose for a count of four,

Letting your inhalations and your exhalations get longer and deeper.

And continue to take some nice deep breaths,

Breathing in positive energy,

Breathing in all the joy,

Happiness,

Forgiveness,

Healing and relaxation.

And then as you breathe out,

Breathing out any negativity,

Any anger,

Tension,

Any unforgiveness and just keep breathing in positive energy and breathing out all the negative.

Just let it all go and then visualize that you're surrounding your body in pure white light.

Let it surround your whole body and aura,

Cleansing it,

Healing it and regenerating it,

Raising its vibration and as this pure white light removes any dross or impurities,

You may even feel a little tingling in your skin and then visualize a golden spiral encircling the body from the top of the head all the way down the body and allow this golden spiral circle round and round,

A beautiful golden spiral of protection.

Continue to breathe nice deep breaths,

Letting it all go,

Checking in to see where there's tension in your body and breathe to that part of that body,

Perhaps sending white light,

Pink light or any colour that comes to mind.

Let it heal the part of your body,

Let it all go.

And now start to come back to your body,

Draw awareness of your surroundings,

Have a stretch.
