I'm going to take you through a jest out walk.
So the jest out walk is a tool that you can use to help bring up emotions and feelings,
To bring awareness to emotions and feelings and to provide release.
Things may come up when you do this,
Some people might need to release loudly by screaming or whatever,
Sighing,
Even crying.
That's okay,
Just let it go.
And how we do the jest out walk is to walk around in a room or in a garden for example,
In a space that you feel comfortable and slowly walk.
And each time you take a step you say I feel and you say what you're feeling,
Whatever comes up.
For the first couple you might need to say I feel,
I feel,
But you're not aware of the emotions.
But if you keep doing it each time you walk something should come up.
So get away from family and do this for yourself.
And I'm going to demonstrate the jest out walk now.

So as you can see all different emotions have come up or feelings and then you'll get to a point where you'll just feel ah it's all gone,
It's all relaxed.
Sometimes you might get through a few layers and there's still more but you've done some work,
You might have created some awareness,
You might have created some release,
You might have created some unblock and you can try it again maybe the next day or the next week and just keep working through layers taking taking your time and enjoying it.
