Welcome to the pregnancy relaxation and meditation.
So sitting comfortably with your spine straight taking some nice deep breaths in through the nose through a count of four and hold and out through the nose through a count of four or six and letting the inhalations and the exhalations get longer and deeper.
Taking nice deep breaths in through the nose through a count of four and hold and out through the nose through a count of four or six.
As you breathe in,
Breathe in positive energy and as you breathe out,
Breathe out negative energy and negativity.
Just let it all go,
Let all the worries go.
Breathing in through the soles of the feet and up the body and then down the body and breathe it out the feet.
Breathing in through the soles of the feet all the way up the body and then breathing out through down the body and out through the soles of the feet.
Breathing in through the soles of the feet let it go up the body all the way up and as you breathe out,
Down the body and out the feet.
And continue to do a few cycles of your type of breathing you prefer.
Perhaps you prefer the first one,
The calm breath in for a count of four and hold and breathe out through the nose through a count of four or six.
Breathing in through the nose for a count of four and hold and breathing out through the nose through a count of four or six.
Or perhaps you prefer to breathe in through the feet all the way up the body and then breathe down the body and out the feet and let the breath come in through the feet and all the way up the body and then see the breath going down the body and out the feet.
Practice some jay breathing for the pushing stage when it's nearly time to push baby out.
So breathing in and let it go down the body and out the pelvis in the shape of a jay.
Breathing in and breathing out through down the body and out through the pelvis in the shape of a jay.
Breathing in and let the breath go down the body.
Breathing in and let the breath go down the body and out of the pelvis like the shape of a jay.
So now do some relaxation so starting at the top of the head going down the back of the head relax relax down to the occiput at the base of the skull and relax the back of the neck all the little muscles in the neck relaxing the top of the shoulders going down the back of the shoulders and concentrating on the right side relaxing the right shoulder going down the back of the arm where the tricep muscles are and going down the forearm to the little finger relaxing all the way relaxing the top of the hand the little finger ring finger middle finger second finger and thumb relaxing the palm of the hand and up the other side of the forearm relaxing the bicep muscles at the front of the arm and into the top of the right shoulder going to the left side focusing on relaxing the left shoulder going down the back of the arm where the tricep muscles are relax the elbow down to the forearms to the little finger relax and relaxing the back of the hand the little finger second ring finger middle finger and then the finger next to the thumb relaxes relaxing the thumb and the palm of the hand and relaxing the other side of the forearm as you go up to relax the bicep muscles at the front of the arm and into the top of the left shoulder relaxing into the back of the shoulders on both sides as you relax the middle back down to the lower back releasing all the muscles from the top of the neck down the middle part of the thorax down to the sacrum relax all those muscles relaxing into the buttocks focusing on the right hand side relaxing the right buttock as you relax down the hamstring muscles off the right hand side down the calf relax the ankle heel to the sole of the foot relaxing the little toe and each of the other toes in turn all the way to the big toe as you release the top of the foot and the front of the thigh all the way up so the front of the calf the knee and the big thigh muscles so the quadriceps relax them all into the pelvis of the right hand side and going across relaxing the pelvis so going to the left buttock relaxing the left buttock as you relax down the hamstring muscles at the back of the thigh to the calves at the back relaxing the ankle the heel the sole of the foot relax the little toe and each of the toes all the way to the big toe and relaxing the top of the foot the front of the cow in the left hand side as you relax to the knees and the quadricep muscles at the front of the thigh relaxing into the pelvis as you relax the lower abdomen the middle and the lower upper abdomen to the diaphragm relax relaxing the chest muscles in between all the ribs as well and relaxing into the throat and the front of the shoulders going all the way up the throat relax to the chin and jaw relaxing the chin relaxing the jaw all the tension there relaxing the cheeks the mouth the lips the tongue even if you can relax the teeth relaxing the nose and the eyes and the eyeballs relaxing the forehead all the way to the ears and relaxing the top of the head relaxing the whole of the head the whole of the upper body middle body and lower body so that the whole of the body is relaxed the whole of the body's relaxed and continuing to breathe nice deep breaths in through the nose for a count of four and hold and out through the nose for a count of four in through the nose for a count of four and hold and out through the nose for a count of four continuing to relax let it all go and in through the top of the head visualize a beautiful coloured light that your body needs at this time see that beautiful coloured light going in through the top of the head feeling the head and the face going down the neck and see that beautiful light colouring covering the shoulders down each arm to the fingertips see that beautiful light filling up the chest and thorax region down the back top to bottom feeling in the abdomen and all the way down to the pelvis see that beautiful coloured light feeling down the legs all the way to the feet and the toes if there's any excess you can let that coloured light come out the feet and be neutralized in the earth see golden silver sparkles fall all over your body like a golden silver sparkle shower see it covering your body and aura washing away any negativity and providing protection for you and baby tuning into baby and seeing what colour coloured light baby needs today you see that beautiful coloured light going through the umbilical cord and placenta from the placenta through the umbilical cord it reaches the baby and feels all over in baby cleansing healing regenerating and removing any dross or impurities that have reached onto the baby so so and seeing baby also being protected by the gold and silver sparkles so continuing to breathe breathe in for a count of four and hold and out through the nose for a count of four or six breathing in for a count of four and hold breathing out for a count of four or six drawing attention to baby seeing what baby needs at this time perhaps baby needs you to eat certain foods or take up certain positions perhaps baby needs some exercise or for you to even rest more perhaps you need to play certain types of music whatever it is let baby tell you telling baby he or she is safe so telling baby you're going to protect him or her and you're going to do the very best so that baby's passage into the world is special and happy for baby so tell baby it's okay to move into a position that's good for labor so if they're not already is there anything else that baby needs today so tell baby whatever you need him or her to know so you feel safe and so does baby you relax and feel it as baby you're both comfortable and have no fear you see yourself walking into a birth that is special and unique for you and you visualize what you would like at your birth do uncertain oils foods certain people there you see them all being supportive of you in some cases you might be able to have children or pets there you might like to have affirmations or pregnancy coloring pages that you've done yourself on the wall maybe some little fairy lights or candles and what music would you like to play what positions do you want to go into and what positions does baby want you to go into so you can have an active birth an active labor so you want to change positions squatting hands and knees side lying perhaps you need to use certain props a birth ball a bench to lean on a special type of store is there anything unique you want for the birth and the after birth think about what you might do with the placenta as well and how's the baby going to be fed afterwards this baby wants you to breastfeed her or him so perhaps you might like to initially express some milk the baby if you don't think you can feed the baby or if challenges happen so trying to get baby at least some of that early bloodstream and what else are you going to do in those early days so no need to worry too much all that matters is now put a little foresight and a little visualization to get the best outcome of birth doesn't hurt in the meantime you're comfortable where you are and baby is comfortable right now you have no worries other than to relax and let go breathing in positive energy breathing out any negativity or fears breathing in love and positivity breathing out any negativity or fear just let all the worries go as you're so relaxed so you might like to start to come back to your body come back to the breath breathing in through the nice recanna four and hold and out through the nice recanna four or six breathing in through the nose so counter four and hold breathing out through the nose through a count of four or six coming back to your body letting your fingers or toes wriggle perhaps your neck and shoulder you might like to move it or stretch it rolling the shoulders moving the body and having a little stretch coming back checking to see you're connected as you take those last few nice deep breaths yes
