Welcome to this house clearing meditation.
You can use it to clear any home,
Office or building.
Perhaps one that you live in,
That you're trying to sell or rent out,
Or one that you're about to move in.
And you can use this ritual and meditation to clear the energy,
Any heaviness,
Negativity and so forth to raise the vibration.
Or if there's been any trauma or emotional outburst or something,
You can use it to clear any residual energy that's existing after that situation.
You can use a white sage incense stick and light that and walk around through every room of the house clearing the energy,
Sort of letting the smoke go around as you ask for any negativity to be wrapped in love and sent to the light.
So white sage is particularly good at this but if you really don't have that you can just try any type of incense and I guess it's all the intention and the ritual that's a part of it as well.
Bringing in flowers is always good.
Flowers are very high vibrational and if the flower actually survives for quite a while then that usually means that there's good energy in there.
If the flowers drop and wilt,
If it's not a hot day then that's usually a sign that there's some negativity there that you might need to clear out.
Burning some essential oils can be helpful so to provide a particularly homely environment you could consider orange or cinnamon oil,
Perhaps even adding a little bit of vanilla if you want a particularly clear energy.
Lavender oil might be helpful as well and always using pure essential oils and perhaps not having a long term and also checking if there's anyone perhaps like pregnant women or people with certain medical conditions shouldn't have too much essential oils and there's some that they should also avoid so just be mindful of that but if you're the only one in the house you can just pretty much clear it out with the essential oil as you wish.
Music.
Positive music is particularly good for clearing negative energy from a house.
If you are having other people come into the house for example people that would particularly like to buy your house then you probably want to include some neutral music because not everyone might like the music that makes you feel good.
And saying high vibrational prayers perhaps like the Lord's Prayer you can even do this in each of the rooms if you wish that's particularly good one for clearing energies in general because it's so well known over the world that it's created a vibration of itself.
And so now time for the meditation so sitting comfortably and taking some nice deep breaths in through the nose for a count of four and hold and out through the nose for a count of four or six and letting your inhalations and exhalations get longer and deeper as you relax and let go of all the worries of the day and then visualizing you're walking through the door of the house or building the front door and sending beautiful white light at the front porch veranda front door area as you come in the door and letting this beautiful white light that's wrapping any negativity in love and sending it up to God's light so coming in the front entrance or front corridor and also letting that white light penetrate this whole area as well letting it permeate to every nook and cranny from top of the ceiling down to the floor each of the four corners of the room letting this white light come into the kitchen area reaching the whole of the kitchen the living area the lounge area the dining areas been filled with this beautiful white light getting bigger and bigger taking away any negativity and wrapping it in love sending it up to the light as you go into the study area or rumpus room playroom any area that needs to be cleared going into the master bedroom letting this pure white light reach this master bedroom to the whole of the room and then going to any other bedroom in the household letting this white light flow in permeate the whole of the room from the top of the ceiling to the floor and then reaching every four corners every nook and cranny is being filled with this white light that's wrapping any negativity in love and sending it away going to the bathroom and don't forget the toilet clear the energy there with the white light and then going to any other room that you've forgotten might also be a garage that you need clearing and then you can start again with golden sparkles and or silver sparkles like this golden and silver sparkles come in the front entrance the porch and front areas being filled with this as it comes in the door in the corridor the front entrance filling it with the golden sparkles the silver sparkles reaching the kitchen areas the golden sparkles falls down and the silver sparkles in turn coming into your living area your lounge and dining area filled with this gold and or silver sparkles clearing any further negativity as it goes into any study areas rumpus rooms playrooms and then to the master bedroom this golden silver sparkle falls into your bedroom each and every bedroom in the household reaches the bathroom toilet area and then the other room that we've missed is filled with this gold and silver sparkles perhaps even the garage and now you can visualize any other color coming in using your intuition it might be different colors for each room so you use your intuition to figure out what color comes to mind or what color you can see in your mind's eye that is needed at the front entrance the front corridor or front entrance indoors as you go into the kitchen and see what colors you need to bring in here to raise its vibration and then what color do you need to bring into your living area lounge area and your dining area and now using your intuition to figure out what colors you might need in the study rumpus room playroom master bedroom and any other bedroom they might be slightly different colors charging every room of the house and not forgetting your bathroom toilet area and the garage and any other room that we've missed that you might have and then as you take a few deep breaths come back to your body hopefully the house is a lot more clearer now attracting positive experiences and then you might like to say the Lord's Prayer with me or any other hybrid vibrational prayer from your own upbringing or religious or spiritual background our Father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name thy kingdom come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven give us this day our daily bread as we forgive those who trespass against us and leave us not winning temptation but deliver us from error for thine is the kingdom the power and the glory forever and ever amen you may like to say this three times perhaps if you're in the room you might like to say it in each of the rooms of the house particularly the ones that you feel need some energy clearing okay so thank you for joining in I hope you enjoyed this like it share it and subscribe it to receive more and perhaps send along to a friend who might need this someone who's selling their house or someone who's picking up on a lot of negativity as an act of goodwill for this link to them thank you for joining in and have a great weekend great week coming ahead bye
