Welcome to a time and space that gives you permission to simply be.

Just stroke down the arms,
Stroke down the legs.
Connecting with the toes and the feet.
Squeeze into the muscles.
Rub on the belly,
Put the hands on the heart.
Or hold yourself close.
Embrace yourself tight.
This is your gift to your body.
To your mind.
And to your soul.
Because nobody else is going to do this for you.

To remind you.
That this is your time and space.
So as you settle into your seat.
Or into a lying position.
Are we to feel.
The weight of your body.
Softly held and cocooned.
In the space underneath you.
Feel that holding and cocooning.
As if being supported in a soft sweet cloud of light.
With all the properties.
That your unique system,
Your unique body.
Your unique feelings need.
To just simply let go.
We're going to take our awareness.
We're going to take our awareness.
To the edge of the skin.
And as we breathe.
We're going to feel the skin breathing expanding.
On the inhale breath.
Activating on the exhale breath.
You're going to experience a release and a let go.
We're not forcing the breath.
But you may feel that you need to take a deeper inhale.
Or the exhale.
Has a longer extension.
In that process of letting go.
Maybe you need to do a double exhale with a breath.
To deeply release.
So that you can be here now.
Be here to integrate and assimilate.
All those beautiful life lessons and experiences and emotions.
And ideas.
And gifts.
That life gives you every day.
So that you can.
Release and let go of all of that that no longer serves.
In the simple exhale breath.
We can simply let go.
Knowing that anything that is meant to be with us.
Will naturally stay magnetized.
In its perfect way.
To our centre core of alignment.
Knowing that anything that no longer serves.
Can simply dissipate or drift away.
For its next future evolution or experience.
Knowing that as the seasons come and go.
So experiences,
Emotions,
People.
Coincidences,
Opportunities.
Come and go.
Breathing in to the skin.
Simply being here now.
We're gonna take the awareness.
To the top of the head.
And between the skin and the skull.
We're just gonna scan a beautiful bright golden light.
Down.
Through the bones of the skull.
Scanning down through the brain.
Through the face.
Back of the eyes.
Nose,
Cheekbones.
Cheek and mouth and chin.
Scanning through the ears.
Seeing that light bringing a restoration.
And a renewal through the cells.
As it travels down through the spine,
Through the neck and throat.
Reaching the shoulders.
Standing out through the tops of the shoulders and the arms.
Travelling down through the upper arms.
The elbows.
The forearms into the wrists.
Taking that beautiful light.
Into the hands and the tips of the fingers.
Lighting up the hands as it travels back up.
Through the hands,
Wrists,
Arms,
Elbows.
Upper arms,
Shoulders.
Reaching the chest.
Scanning down through the ribcage and the lungs and the heart space.
Reaching down into the diaphragm and the belly.
Through the organs.
Beautiful shining light through the intestines.
Down into the pelvis.
Shining light down through the hips.
Thighs.
Scanning that light down through the lower thighs and to the knees.
To the shins and calves.
All the way down to the ankles.
Feet to the tips of the toes.
As you bring that light back up through the body,
Feel the light touching the bones to the core.
Shine that light up.
Through the toes and feet,
Ankles.
Through the shin bones,
The knees,
The thighs.
To the hips and pelvis and through the spine.
You need to land that light in your heart space.
Shining that beautiful golden light through the heart cavity.
Placing your hands on the heart or one hand on the heart and the belly.
Finding that point of centre within.
That point of connection.
And presence.
With the breath feeling the rise and fall.
Feeling the light expanding.
Sparking with beautiful frequencies and hues.
Remembering that we are simply being here now.
Trusting that life will bring the perfect opportunities and people and conversations to magnetise to our new centre.
To optimise our gifts and contribution to the world.
Knowing that from this state of being here now.

The connection to the eternal.
The release of the identity even just for one moment.
Will bring a beautiful realignment.
