Dear friends,
Welcome to our evening softening,
Restoring space together.
Where we are choosing to allow the body to rest in an active,
Conscious and peaceful way.
So keeping the spine aligned,
Whether you're resting,
Laying down or sitting up.
This will allow the ease of the flow of energy through the body to be natural and graceful and calm.
Take the awareness to the spine.
And with a few more conscious breaths,
As the breath comes through the spine,
See each vertebra opening.
Allowing space in between the vertebra for the breath,
For the oxygen,
For the prana.
To allow a regenerative flow to each of the nerves that comes through the spine.
Keeping the attention on the spine as a whole.
You can see a beautiful flow of golden light as the breath comes in.
And the space,
The golden light leaves as the breath exits the body.
Awakening,
Lifting,
Restoring the energy through the spine.
With a natural soft flow of the breath.
Allowing the back of the head to lift slightly,
Allow the flow to reach the base of the skull.
Allow the flow to start to permeate through the brain.
So the flow comes from the base,
Softens through the spine.
And has a light wash affecting the brain before the breath is released.
With each flow of the breath into the brain,
Experience more space,
Experience more light.
And feel a beautiful effervescent golden glow,
Softly cradling the space around the brain,
The eyes.
Softly cradling under the cheekbones.
Softly cradling the top of the jaw and the bottom of the jaw.
Softly cradling the brain.
Allowing each breath to bring more space.
More light and more soft,
Gentle effervescence glow around the brain.
Feel the brain suspended in this holding of golden light.
Allowing the holding to soften any tension,
Ease any pain or stress.
Each breath softly washing and dusting away any denser particles,
Thoughts,
Concerns or worries.
By bringing space and light into the cells.
We can relieve the cells of any congestion,
Any pain,
Any tension.
Allowing a softening and a restoration.
Allowing a holding where we can suspend any thoughts,
Concerns,
Judgments,
Fears,
Worries.
Allowing the space and light and effervescent glow to suspend time.
In this moment,
Merely holding the breath.
And the light and the glow as the container for the mind.
As the breath enters,
Feel the light feather dust touch with the golden glow permeating through the cells,
Through the synaptal nerves.
Allowing the softening,
Allowing the holding.
With the next few breaths,
Allow that light to permeate down through the body,
Wash down through the spine.
Allowing ease and grace and flow.
Softening any tensions.
Bringing light and space to any congested areas.
Allowing a grace,
An alert of brightness within the cells,
Within the spine,
Within the mind.
Within the system as a whole.
On the next breath,
Draw the hands to the heart.
Give thanks and grace.
Gratitude for allowing this time for us to spend together.
Aligning,

Regenerating,
Softening,
Giving space and time in this special moment of the presence.
