The first 25 minutes are gentle yoga nidra guidance, followed by 30 minutes of gentle music only that will fade out gradually, allowing you to seamlessly drift into a restorative slumber. During the deep rest, you’ll be guided by your inner compass to gently reconnect with the present moment, exactly as you are, exactly where you are. By inviting deep rest, guided by your internal compass, you signal to your nervous system that it is safe to slow down & you create space for your inner strength to surface naturally, and restfully. Through intentional breathwork, body awareness, and guided visualisations, you’ll explore a profound state of rest and recovery, allowing stability to emerge from within.
