This 25 minute guided Yoga Nidra is created to be a deeply restorative practice to support you finding peace in the present moment. This yoga nidra meditation can be practiced at any time during the day or night, trust your bodymind to guide you here for whenever you need a break I create this practice with the intention that it is a sanctuary for peace.
