Hi again i was wondering if you would just take a moment with me here to regulate via the breath so if you wish to you can start to bring your attention to your nostrils as you breathe in notice how it feels for the air to be flowing in through your nostrils and back out again there's no need to change anything about your breath here there's no need to count simply notice how it feels to have your awareness floating on the breath as you breathe in and out take another moment to continue breathing this way just noticing the air in your nostrils and you can use this anchor of the breath whenever you feel overwhelmed or when you simply need to regulate thank you for being here and if you want to practice again i'll be here take care
