Hi there beautiful soul.

For today's invitation I'd like to offer a guided meditation practice which is based around clarity.

So a lot of the times when we are busy in our minds it can be hard to tap into the deeper clarity,

Into a clear vision.

And for me this vision often emerges from the heart and until we've really given ourselves the space to experience and process the emotions that are there,

It can be hard to really get to that clear vision.

And so that's the invitation for us today through this practice.

So I invite you to gently close your eyes,

Finding a comfortable seat,

Whether that be laying down or sitting up with your back straight,

Just landing,

Allowing yourself the space to arrive,

Gently putting on hold all of the other things that you've got going on and allowing yourself consciously,

Allowing yourself to take these next few moments to breathe and invite in some deeper clarity.

Just noticing how you're breathing in this moment without wanting to shift or modify,

Simply observing the state of your breath.

Perhaps just placing your awareness on your breath allows already a little bit more spaciousness and ease.

Noticing that.

If it's helpful,

You can place one hand on your belly.

Otherwise I invite you to place one or both hands on your heart space,

Just connecting here into this energetic,

Emotional,

Physical space and center of your body.

Connecting and remaining curious as to how it feels to be giving this space some attention,

Some love.

Breathing.

And as you breathe,

Just allowing to emerge any kind of situation that might be requiring some extra clarity in this moment,

Anything that might bring about some confusion or some indecisiveness around a decision you have to make.

Observing whatever arises here and breathing into it,

Giving space to it to fully emerge and be seen.

Breathing.

And allowing yourself with your breath to open up to the emotions that might be surrounding this situation,

Circumstance or decision.

Whether that be some tightness,

Some frustration,

Cloudiness,

A total freeze response.

And just allow yourself to presence and experience whatever is alive for you in this moment.

Allowing this situation to express itself.

Allowing yourself to experience whatever is alive.

Breathing into each emotion that shows up.

Whether that be some form of anxiety or stress,

Feeling of helplessness or hopelessness.

Just allow it to exist.

Breathing into any physical sensations that might be showing up in the body.

If there's any tightness,

Tension,

Inviting your awareness and your breath into these spaces.

And with your breath now,

Fully releasing,

Fully exhaling all the sensations and the emotions that have arisen.

Breathing and allowing your breath to act as a vehicle or a tool to eliminate,

To free all attachment,

To let go any places that you might be hanging on or wanting to control the situation.

Freeing yourself completely with each inhale and exhale.

And every exhale letting go of the emotions that you've experienced.

Letting go of the tension within your body.

Feeling more lightness every breath you take.

Feeling a sense of ease.

Growing bigger within your body.

Just allowing your breath to clear and cleanse out any debris around the heart,

Any hardening,

Any dust.

And bringing in a breath.

The breath which is the sense of freshness coming through your window in the springtime.

Just airing everything out.

Resetting completely.

And allowing yourself to just bask in the presence of your being.

Allow yourself to be moved by your breath,

Be guided by your breath.

Feeling a sense of ease.

Feeling lightness.

Breathing deeply.

And listening now if your heart has a message for you,

A love note,

Anything special that it would like to communicate.

Perhaps a word of guidance,

An intention.

Listening without forcing anything.

Just trusting whatever arises naturally.

Whether that be a word,

A phrase,

A texture,

A color,

A sensation.

Receiving fully whatever your heart has to deliver.

Take a deep breath.

In your own way just express a form of gratitude towards yourself for taking this time to be,

To come home to yourself.

To create the space for clarity,

For wisdom.

Trusting that it always arrives on time.

And when you feel ready,

You can gently open your eyes.

Letting the light softly coming in.

Thank you for showing up today.

Be well and take care.
