
Breathwork To Manifest Your Dreams
This breathwork session is specifically designed to use the breath to plant new ideas into the subconscious mind. By using breathing techniques and breath holds to slow down our brainwaves, we can more easily visualize what we want. Through a guided meditation, in the end, we gently plant these dreams and desires in the deepest part of our minds.

All right my friends we're gonna do a breathwork today which will help you access your subconscious mind where all your limiting beliefs all the programs you're being run by in your life are stored and we will access that realm through breathwork and then we will visualize through a guided meditation what it is that we want to plant there so I want you now to prepare yourself by lying down on something soft you can also sit up if you prefer that just go sure that you're in a comfortable place undisturbed and relax once you've found that position I'm gonna guide you through connect to self meditation first before we begin to breathe just bring your awareness to your physical body feel what it's like to have this physical body right now sense of touch against the surface that is supporting you and how it feels and your different body parts and intentions you might be holding on to see if you can direct some love and compassion for those parts and just hold your entire physical body as a mother would hold her newborn child unconditional love sense of being held completely in safety bring your attention towards your emotions see what's alive in that dimension right now what are your dominating feelings at this moment just allow whatever is there to be expressed there's no need to change anything right now just surrender and observe let's also invite our thoughts so we focus in on our thoughts our mental realm noticing whatever thoughts are there passing by like clouds on the sky as we now place one hand on top of the belly and another one on top of your heart space and we will breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth for the next few minutes breathe in to the belly first through your nose expand the entire belly region and then add another sip of air on top of the first one so we're breathing in twice filling up your entire chest and relaxing it out through the mouth with a sigh of relief passively invite the next breath in as soon as the exhale is all the way out so we breathe in again to the belly then filling up the chest as well before relaxing the breath out so we add some energy on the inhale expanding into the breath before relaxing completely fully allowing the breath to come all the way out leaving no pause between the breaths just keep the breath moving forward in belly,
Chest and let go with a sigh of relief find your own rhythm here your own flow just go sure that you invite that full expansion on the inhalation if you feel your body temperature shifting that's very common or if you feel tingling sensations throughout your body that's also very common see if you can continue to breathe invite all sensations right now into the belly through the nose expanding into the chest and relaxing out through your mouth just rest in the knowing that you are exactly where you need to be right now you've been guided here by your higher self we will breathe for less than a minute keeping the breath full and beautiful I will soon guide you into a breath hold sequence after I've counted down from three to zero we will exhale all the way taking the last few full breaths here and in three two one on your next exhalation exhale all the way out let everything out before taking a big breath in all the way to the top and gently hold your breath once you've reached the top of that mountain just focusing in on one spot preferably in between your eyebrows right now with your mind relaxing fully while you hold the breath just relax into the pause don't force it don't push yourself as we now gently exhale and we hold the breath again where the breath naturally lands after that exhalation with empty lungs this time sinking deeper in to ourselves accessing our deepest realms simply by relaxing as we now breathe in all the way again from the belly chest holding the breath at the top expanding in to our highest potential where everything is clear to us we have all the answers as we exhale we add a tone to the voice ah beautiful my friend notice the energy that is flowing in your system the prana the chi the life force energy as we will now commence with the second round and this time we breathe in the same way but on the exhale we add a tone on the voice humming or making a sound whatever feels good to you so we breathe in through the nose again into the belly chest allowing that voice to be heard all the way out on the exhalation and continue to breathe exactly like that for the next few minutes vibrating your entire being through your voice belly chest through your nose relaxing it out through the mouth with the sound no pauses in between your breaths always keep the breath moving allowing your beautiful unique voice right now to be heard throughout the universe and let that voice really vibrate your entire being making you access your very very deepest parts where your wisdom resides you are perfect exactly the way that you are right now you've always been full whole complete there's nothing that needs to be added or improved just you being you is more than enough and your gift to everyone else in this realm is you sharing your voice sharing your perspective sharing your truths so allow your voice to be spoken with authenticity as we now on the next exhale exhale all the way out and we take a deep breath in all the way to the top after that and we hold the breath with filled lungs connected now to everything through our crown chakra there's no limit to our being as we exhale with a sigh of relief and a sound on the voice ah beautiful my friend just notice whatever is alive in your human experience right now can you notice the space that you are as we begin to breathe in the last short round expanding the breath into the belly first through the nose adding a second breath in on top of the first one and relaxing it out through the mouth keeping the breath going exactly like that in your own tempo relaxing the mind as we sink even deeper breathing in to the belly and the chest relaxing out fully all the way out through the exhale keeping the breath rolling forward here celebrating that we are alive one with everything that breathes now taking the last couple of breaths here as I will soon begin to count down again from three to zero on zero we exhale all the way in three two one on the next exhalation we exhale all the way out really exhaling and then taking a deep breath in holding at the very very top relaxing into the breath hold without using any force just gently holding here as we exhale we hold the breath where the breath naturally stops after that exhale holding the breath again with empty lungs just resting in our own perfection resting in our unique expression and breathing in again belly chest holding the breath for the last time with filled lungs tapping in to that which connects us all the field of potential the formless waiting to be sculpted into whatever you want to as you exhale again with a sigh of relief adding that sound if you want just coming to a relaxed place there's no need to do anything other than to visualize now let go of your breath and with ease you begin to paint with your imaginative brush make the most beautiful painting of your goal and desired life without effort just make the painting come to life vivid colors what does it taste like what does it smell like does it sound like how do you feel now that you're in this amazing place this reality that is already right here let go of any doubts any questions about how just trust just bathe in the positive emotions let the emotions fill you up like golden vibrating warm light as you visualize whatever it is that you want to manifest you're bathing in this soft loving light it feels safe feels exciting it feels right for you you are now aligned with who you are in your essence this is what you came here to experience just relax more and more into these beautiful images effortless just let the images come to you with ease these dreams and desires longings are now becoming part of you and your reality you're attracting everything you desire as you are the creator of your own reality you're safe just let go and allow the universe to guide you on the path that you're on just surrender to the unfoldment of that divine plan you have now planted these new ideas these dreams deep in your subconscious mind just rest in that knowing that you will always be guided you will always be supported slowly,
Slowly if you are ready for it you can begin to come back to your physical body once again just feeling what it's like to have a physical vessel beginning to perhaps move your fingers or toes maybe moving the head from side to side gently waking the body up again waking your body up to this new reality thank you for breathing with me see you soon again
