Imagine your life like a storm.
There might be ease,
Joy,
Brightness to your day.
And with one event,
One conversation,
One challenge,
Your day might start to feel more darkness,
More heaviness.
But then the rain comes.
And the rain gives us this chance to reflect,
To drown old ideas and past stories.
The rain allows us to wash away what no longer serves us,
Even if it's hard to do so.
And in this process,
We take back control of our lives.
We choose who we want to be and how we want to show up.
And although the rain may wash away old fragments of the past us,
The dark clouds,
The thunder may still exist.
What in your life can you let go of to feel a bit more free?
To feel more lightness take over physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally.
With your next exhale,
Can you imagine releasing those past stories?
These stories of telling yourself you're not enough when you know that's not true.
Instead of standing under a covering,
Can you run out into the rain?
Letting this be your connection to nature.
Your connection to your true authentic self.
As you release yourself into the rain,
Can you also release the power that it may feel?
These past events and conversations may hold over you.
As you stand in the rain,
Take back your power to decide how you feel and how you react after you reflect.
After you think through your heart space,
Over your mind,
Over your pride.
As you start to feel this lightness take over,
Can you just enjoy the rain?
Letting it bring you back over and over again to who you are at your core.
Knowing that at the end of the storm,
The light will come out and you might even see a rainbow.
Taking your darkness,
Your heaviness,
Your challenge,
Mixing it together with your lightness.
You exactly as you are to create a rainbow.
As you sit here for the next few moments,
Just listen to the rain,
Listen to the oceanic sounds of your breath.
And feel as though you have arrived fully.
Letting it bring you back over and over again to who you are at your core.
Letting it bring you back over and over again to who you are at your core.
Let's start.
Let's start.
Let's start.
Let's start.
Draw your thumbs up to your third eye and we bow.
Namaste.
