This is a breathing meditation that has been designed to offer you relaxation,
Alertness,
And love.
We'll be using the breath as a way to generate love within the body.
We'll do this through connecting with the breath,
And by the end of the session,
You should feel ecstatic and recharged.
Find a comfortable position for this meditation.
Maintain a straight back with its natural curves.
Then gently close the eyes and mouth.
With one hand on your chest and the other on your belly,
Take a deep breath in.
You want the hand on the belly to rise higher than the one on the chest.
Notice the movement in the belly as you breathe in and out.
When you breathe in,
Make a mental note of love.
When you breathe out,
Make a mental note of release.
If you'd like,
You could even verbally say these words.
Whether you're doing it internally or externally,
After you've been repeating it for a while,
You should naturally be connecting these words' meaning to some place within you that is honest,
That is a representation of what these words mean to you.
If you get distracted by the inner or external worlds,
Gently place your attention back on the breath.
Breathe in,
Love.
Breathe out,
Release.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
You're now in a state of relaxation and openness.
You're in a state of being receptive again.
Here you can receive the natural benefits of simply being alive and consciously breathing.
Allow your awareness to deepen into your breath.
Softening as much as possible,
A gentle softening washing down through the body.
Allow your awareness to rest right at the entrance of your nostrils.
Focus on the sensations right there.
Breathing in through the nose.
Breathing out through the nose.
Breathing in through the nose.
Breathing out through the nose.
Focus your attention in the area of your heart,
Located just slightly left at the center of your chest.
Keep your attention on your heart center for the next few moments and just keep your senses open to witness and observe whatever comes up.
As you focus on this area,
Imagine your breath flowing in and out through the heart.
Allow your respiratory and heart rhythms to synchronize.
Breathe slowly and gently in through your heart.
Follow my count as you continue to breathe through your heart.

Allow yourself to fully embody and integrate with the intelligence of the heart.
The heart's intelligence gives you the ability to be fully present,
Connected,
And heart directed in every area of your life so that you may experience greater levels of performance,
Creativity,
Intuition,
And levels of consciousness.
Can you feel the power that lies within your heart?
Take a few moments to really feel the power that is radiating from this area of your body.
Go beyond your outside world.
Go beyond your thoughts.
Go beyond your senses for external stimuli.
And go within to feel the power of your heart.

Now,
Allow a smile to grace your beautiful face.
Be genuine and honest with it.
You may feel like smiling for just being here and taking the time to be present and gentle towards yourself.
You may feel like smiling because it feels good to smile.
It opens our hearts,
Minds,
And the senses when we smile.
It releases endorphins and chemicals within the body that make us feel balanced,
Connected,
And calm.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in love.
Breathe out courage.
Your awareness is expanding.
The present moment is slowing down and expanding.
You're receptive to the basic goodness of life.
You're feeling good just to be here,
Taking this time,
Getting in touch,
Aligning your energies.
You're not entangled or caught up in anything.
Your mind has been given the backseat to allow this direct experience with life to blossom.
You're simply being right here,
Right now,
Breathing softly.
In love.
Out release.
In love.
Out release.
When you allow the energy from deep within to flow naturally without any obstructions,
You are shifting your experience into a more creative state of being.
Just accept this moment for exactly what it is.
There's no need to resist.
There is no need to identify.
Just allow the body to enter a fully relaxed state of joy.
Inhabit this moment full of love.
In this space,
You can respond to life from a deeper place of love and compassion and deep presence,
Creating a more intimate connection with yourself,
Creating a less obstructed experience of what it is like to be alive,
Delving into the very essence of what makes you feel free.
Trust your heart.
Trust your body.
Trust yourself.
Accept the love that you have within you to guide you on this journey we call life.
Allow each breath from start to finish and even in between the cycles to take you into a deeper state of love and harmony.
There are no ordinary moments.
Every moment is an opportunity to be extraordinary.
Every moment in your life is a golden opportunity to enjoy being a part of the wonderful and miraculous thing happening all around you that we call life.
In preparing to end this meditation,
Gently open your eyes,
Adjusting and welcoming your awareness to the external world again.
As you move into the rest of the day or night,
