This overnight soundscape is designed to support deep rest by gently surrounding the listener in a continuous cocoon of sound. Evolving layers of synthesizers, low sub-sine tones, gong, singing bowls, and subtle percussion unfold slowly over many hours, creating a sense of safety and immersion, while ocean waves and nighttime jungle sounds from Thailand, including frogs, toads, and cicadas, provide a natural rhythmic backdrop that encourages the nervous system to soften. This track is intended for uninterrupted listening throughout the night, allowing the body and mind to rest without effort. This track is part of Elliott’s “Held Through the Night” series and features evolving ambient textures and nighttime nature soundscapes. Alternate versions of this practice exist. No ending bell. Artist and producer: Elliott Treves. Thank you for your reviews and donations~

This meditation helps me relax and fall asleep very quickly. The gentle synthesizers, gongs, singing bowls, and calming nature sounds like ocean waves and nighttime insects create a comforting atmosphere. It lasts all night, and I didn’t even notice when it ended—I just knew I had slept for at least 8 hours, which I honestly can’t remember the last time that happened. I woke up feeling deeply rested. 🙏Thank you Elliott 🙏⭐️💫
