Really good narrative - not what I had expected. I'd thought this would be about visualising love and compassion for all and everything. This meditation, however focused on awareness of the charter of the mind and being compassionate with your own internal dialogue ... The eye opener for me was that this session made me realize that I'm often unnecessarily hard on myself for thinking

...made a "klick" in my mind to connecting to whitnessing rather to identifying with the voice, instantly! Like a lightning shortcut - amazing!
