This session is designed to help you navigate the difficult emotions of grief and loss.
It's natural to feel lost,
Sad,
And disconnected after experiencing a significant loss,
Whether it's the loss of a loved one,
A relationship,
A job,
Or any other form of change.
However,
It's also possible to find love and joy again,
Even in the midst of your grief.
Through the power of positive affirmations,
We'll work together to reprogram your subconscious mind and help you cultivate feelings of love,
Peace,
And hope.
During this Theta Brainwave state,
You'll access the deep recesses of your mind and replace negative self-talk with empowering beliefs.
Remember,
It's okay to feel sad and to grieve,
But it's also important to honor yourself and your journey.
You have the strength and resilience to move forward and find love within or happiness again,
Even in the midst of loss.
So,
Let's begin this journey together and start reawakening your heart to love and joy.
Take a deep,
Cleansing breath and close your eyes.
I allow myself to feel the emotions that come up,
Whether it's sadness,
Anger,
Confusion,
Or any other feeling,
As they are a natural part of the grieving process.
Instead of resisting or pushing away my emotions,
I approach them with gentle curiosity and compassion.
I give myself permission to feel and express my emotions,
Knowing that suppressing them or pushing them away can lead to more pain in the long run.
I remind myself that it's okay to grieve and that my feelings are normal,
Healthy,
And needed to heal and release stuck energies and negative emotions.
I take the time and space that I need to heal and trust that these feelings and these processes are unique to me.
I create a safe and loving space for myself,
Whether it's through meditation,
Journaling,
Or talking to a trusted friend or a therapist.
I prioritize taking care of my physical and emotional needs,
Including eating well,
Getting enough rest,
And engaging in activities that bring me joy.

Knowing that it is an important part of the healing process.

Speaking to the world around me.

Allowing it to pass through me.
I focus on presence and bring myself back to the present moment,
