Just like the root chakra,
Called Muladhara in Sanskrit,
Our journey starts at the beginning,
From the ground up,
With self-esteem as our canvas.
From the depth we anchor ourselves and rise.
The root chakra is the foundation of our energy system and crucial for cultivating robust
self-esteem.
Located at the base of the spine,
It's the vortex through which we ground ourselves
and draw our sense of security and stability.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position,
Close your eyes and take three deep grounded
breaths.
As you inhale,
Visualize roots extending from your body into the earth,
Anchoring you securely.
With each exhale,
Imagine letting go of any fears or doubts.
Envision a glowing red light at the base of your spine,
Representing your root chakra.
As you focus on this red light,
Mentally recite the keywords stability,
Security,
Trust.
With each repetition,
Feel the energy in your root chakra growing stronger.
Stability,
Security,
Trust.
Repeat these affirmations to yourself.
I am worthy.
I am secure and grounded.
My foundation is strong and supportive.
With each breath,
I build my self-esteem.
I am worthy.
I am secure and grounded.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to truly feel the meaning behind each word.
In your seated position,
Gently begin to stretch your body.
With mindful movements,
Awaken each muscle group.
Attention to your legs,
Starting from the hips and traveling down to your thighs,
Calves
and feet.
The strength in each of your muscles,
Their stability and their support,
To feel a firm
connection with the earth beneath you.
Picture each stretch nurturing and activating your root chakra,
Encouraging balance and
strength.
Now gently transition from your seated position to standing.
Take your time.
Begin to incorporate a series of gentle jumps.
As you leap lightly off the ground,
Chant LAM,
Which is the root mantra,
And feel the
vibrations resonate within you,
LAM,
Envision the vibrations from each landing,
Activating
and energizing your root chakra.
The repetitive soft impact sends waves of strength through your body,
Further grounding
you and affirming your connection to the earth.
With each jump,
Internalize the sensation of building a more resilient and empowered
self,
LAM.
Slowly come to a halt and bring your focus back to your natural breathing rhythm.
With intention,
Lower yourself to a comfortable seated position once more.
Crush your legs and rest your hands on your knees,
With your palms facing upward in a
gesture of receptiveness.
Settle your body and clear your mind,
Preparing yourself to enter into a meditative state
where deep healing can occur for your root chakra.
Continue to breathe deeply as you enter a brief guided meditation.
Imagine a world where you walk with confidence and pride.
Imagine yourself speaking with conviction and embracing your inner power.
Visualize any doubts or insecurities being released,
Replaced by a sense of stability
and self-assurance.
Place a hand on your belly and one on your heart and affirm to yourself,
I am enough
just as I am.
Bring your hands together in gratitude.
Remember the journey to self-love and confidence is a daily process.
Simply engaging in this morning practice will foster a powerful sense of self that
carries you throughout your day.
