If it were slower it would be longer and better I think.

Beautiful. The elements of hypnotic induction were done very well, and the pacing was lovely. I did this in the early afternoon, which was not mentioned (only bedtime and morning here), but it didn't cause any breaks in focus at all, and that was wonderful as well. This one is a keeper.
