Sit back,

Lie down and make sure you're in a comfortable position for this powerful and effective easy relaxation meditation.

As you lie there comfortable thinking about the day that's been or the day that's coming ahead,

Feeling thankful,

Take a deep breath in and out,

Relaxing your body and get ready for an incredible sleep or a wonderful morning ahead.

It's okay to fall asleep to this recording with nowhere else to be.

Take a deep breath in and out and simply follow along.

And as you lay there with your eyes just look up as high as you possibly can as if you're looking into your own eyebrows,

Keeping your eyes glued to a real or imagined spot overhead and breathe in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in and breathe out.

And one last time as you feel your eyelids start to flutter that is a great sign that you're responding perfectly and going into a calm and relaxed state.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Closing your eyes down all the way down.

Your eyes are glued shut,

Sealed shut,

Locked together and the more you try to open them the harder it is.

So just forget all about your eyes and allow a floating,

Drifting feeling to develop in your body and just picture in your mind 10 steps descending.

Just get that same looking down feeling as you get when you look over a balcony or down a flight of stairs.

You're looking down the 10 steps and if you drop your chin just a fraction you can get that same feeling even more.

You're looking down the 10 steps.

You're moving onto step 10 now.

You can see your feet,

Feel your feet treading each step as you go deeper,

Sink deeper.

You're taking step 9 and you can see your feet making contact with every step.

You are taking step 8.

You're taking step 7 going even deeper now.

You're taking step 6 as every muscle,

Each nerve turns loose,

Lets loose and you go deeper.

You're taking step 5 you're half way down.

You're taking step 4 with every sound,

Noise and movement around you is carrying you deeper and deeper and deeper.

You're taking step 3 going deeper into a calm and relaxed state.

You're taking step 2.

You're taking step 1.

Just going deeper and deeper and each time I click my fingers and say deeper you are going deeper,

Drifting deeper,

Just go deeper,

Just sink deeper,

Just go deeper.

Thank you for joining me.

Thank you for being here,

Showing up and committing to yourself.

And as you are taking in everything around you there is something that I need to tell you,

Something that you need to know and need to understand.

You are enough.

This is it.

This is all you need to know and the truth is you've always been enough.

You were born into this world as the most beautiful,

Loving and perfect baby and things have happened since to shape a new belief system.

But the truth is you are enough.

You've always been enough and now you know that you're enough.

This changes everything.

You're now beginning to realize that you're quickly becoming your own best friend.

The words you're saying to yourself are becoming lighter and softer as you realize the impact that your words have on you.

You're starting to realize that your body bears the burden so you're choosing to be kinder to yourself and this is having such a profound healing effect on you.

You know more now than ever before that you're enough and you're reminding yourself of this daily.

You write it on your mirror,

You have it as your phone screen,

You surround yourself and follow those on social media who inspire you and make you feel good about being you.

Because the truth is that you are so amazing and what you see in others you see within yourself.

You're speaking to yourself as if you were your own best friend and you have your best friend's interests at heart.

Your best friend is beautiful,

Smart enough,

Funny enough,

Thin enough,

Confident enough.

They are simply just enough and so are you.

You're beginning to tell yourself that you are enough,

You believed it as a little baby and you can believe it now.

You know everything you believe is just a story.

You and I believe different things,

However we both know that you are enough.

You know that no two people have the same belief system,

So this is all the evidence that you need to know that you can change your story to fit how you truly want to live and feel about yourself.

Remember your mind learns by repetition and the mind doesn't care if it's true or not,

So keep saying it,

Say it like you mean it and say it till it becomes your truth.

I am enough.

I am enough.

It's this simple and yet it sounds crazy and yes you might have to say it 400 times a day but it's better to say I am enough than I am worthless.

Remembering that your powerful mind works by repetition,

So saying to yourself I am enough,

Your mind will quickly catch play and you'll quickly start believing more now than ever before that you are enough and every day you're beginning to see and know that you are enough.

You're beginning to love yourself as you would your own best friend.

You're beginning to realize that you're worthy and deserving of everything that life has in store for you.

With these new beliefs shaping about you,

You're remembering your statement of truth that you are enough.

You've always been enough,

You'll always be enough.

Knowing it and believing it,

You are starting to become it.

Reminding yourself and remembering that you have always and always will be enough.

And of course when you play this recording at night,

You can simply drift into the most healing,

Deep,

Beautiful sleep that will carry you right through until the morning.

You can do this anytime,

Including right now.

And if you're listening to this recording in the morning,

Simply open up your eyes,

Fill up your lungs and slowly,

Calmly,

Easily drift back to your full awareness right now.

Alright,

Now give me a hug on your shoulders.
