As you wake up or head to sleep,

Just allow yourself to relax and sit back.

Lie down and make sure you're in a comfortable position for this powerful and effective easy relaxation meditation.

As you lay there,

Just make yourself comfortable and take a deep breath in and out.

Relax your body and get ready for an incredible day ahead or a wonderful sleep.

It's okay to fall asleep to this recording with nowhere else to be.

Just take a deep breath in and follow along.

Now just look up as high as you possibly can,

As if you're looking into your own eyebrows.

Keep your eyes glued to a real or imagined spot overhead and just breathe in and breathe out.

Take another deep breath in,

Breathe out,

And one last time as you feel your eyelids start to flutter,

That is a great sign that you're responding perfectly and going into a calm and relaxed state.

So breathing in and out.

Close down your eyes all the way down.

Your eyes are now glued shut,

Sealed shut,

Locked together,

And the more you try to open them,

The harder it is.

So just forget all about your eyes and allow a drifting,

Floating feeling to develop in your body.

And picture in your own mind ten steps descending.

Just get that same looking down feeling as you might get when you look over a balcony or down a flight of stairs.

And if you drop just your chin a fraction,

You can get that sensation even more.

You're looking down the ten steps.

You're moving on to step ten now and you can see your feet.

Even feel your feet treading each step as you go deeper,

Sink deeper.

You're taking step nine.

You can see your feet making contact with each step.

You're taking step eight.

You're taking step seven,

Going even deeper now.

You're taking step six as each muscle,

Every nerve turns loose,

Lets loose and you go deeper.

You're taking step five,

You're halfway down.

You're taking step four with every sound,

Noise and movement around you is carrying you deeper and further into a deep,

Calm and relaxing state.

You're taking step three,

Just going deeper and deeper and even deeper still.

You're taking step two,

Just slipping deeper and deeper into a more and more calm and relaxing state.

You're taking step one,

Just go even deeper and every time I click my fingers and say deeper,

You are going deeper and deeper.

Just slip deeper,

Sink deeper,

Just go deeper and deeper and even deeper still.

As you go deeper,

You're feeling more and more and more relaxed and you're responding perfectly,

Easily and effortlessly exactly the way that you are.

Just go deeper and deeper and even deeper now.

So I want you to imagine that hovering just above your head is a vortex of energy,

Vortex of pure healing,

God source energy,

Hovering right above your head.

It's like a spinning top and it's moving in a clockwise direction from left to right,

Left to right.

And it's slightly wider than your shoulders.

It's slightly wider than your hips.

And this vortex of energy is going to enter your body and move right through your body,

Keeping your body well within its sphere.

And as it moves through your body,

Keeping your body well within its sphere,

As it moves through your body,

It's rebalancing,

Realigning,

Curing,

Healing,

Repairing and revitalizing anything that it needs to.

And you can see this healing energy vortex moving from left to right.

And you're selecting that beautiful purple healing color,

That color that is so healing to you,

That is healing and powerful.

And it's now the time to heal.

You can feel the tail,

The very tip of that vortex like a spinning top,

Just touching the top of your head.

And you can feel that beautiful purple color,

That healing energy vertex moving through your body.

All of your energies are realigning to match the energy of this healing energy vortex.

It's moving through your brain and your mind and rebalancing everything in your amazing brain.

So color your whole brain with that beautiful purple healing color so that every gland,

Every neuron,

Every nerve is healing,

Healthy and perfect.

Everything in your brain with that healing color,

Fill your brain with that beautiful healing light energy so your hypothalamus,

Your pituitary gland,

Your pineal gland,

Your amygdala are all perfectly balanced and all aligned to the perfect energy of the healing energy vortex.

Now this healing energy vortex is moving into your eyes repairing anything that might be out of balance in your beautiful eyes.

So let that healing energy,

That beautiful vortex of healing,

Heal your shiny eyes.

Now it's moving through your face and moving down into your throat,

Clearing your skin,

Clearing any facial imperfections that need to be cleared.

And your throat is the area to do with all of your emotions and the healing energy vortex moves down through your throat and it is slowing right down,

Slowing down and doing all the healing work that needs to be done so that you can have a voice,

That you can speak beautifully,

You can sing with grace and enjoyment.

The mouth is a representation of in and out as this healing energy moves through your mouth and throat.

You start to speak up,

You speak out,

You speak your truth,

You have a powerful voice.

What you say makes sense,

It is eloquent and interesting and articulate and appropriate and correct because this healing energy vortex is slowing down in the area of your throat,

It's rebalancing,

Realigning,

Repairing,

Revitalizing anything to do with speaking,

Swallowing and even digesting.

Now this healing energy vortex is covering your shoulders,

It's moving down further into your body,

Moving down into your chest,

Slowing right down as it begins to cover your heart.

And this healing energy,

Your cortex covers your whole heart and it is doing the most profound and most healing work.

It is rebalancing,

Eradicating and eliminating and removing any heartache,

Any pain,

Any old hurt,

Any issue with rejection or abandonment or feeling not lovable or not enough.

They're all wiped away as this healing energy vortex slows down and covers your heart.

This healing energy vortex was like a broom and as it moves through your body it is gathering in front of it.

Any toxic feelings,

Any toxic substances,

Anything that should not be in your body,

Any impurities,

Any toxins,

Any toxic thoughts or toxic memories left in your heart or in your mind,

In your throat or in your stomach.

They're all moving ahead of the healing energy vortex,

Moving out of your body forever.

And this healing leaves your heart happy,

It leaves your heart open,

Open to healing,

Open to love and open to knowing that you are lovable.

You are lovable and you are enough.

You have always been and you certainly always will be.

You were born a perfect,

Gorgeous,

Beautiful,

Utterly lovable baby and you have always been and always will be just as perfect,

Just as gorgeous and beautiful and absolutely lovable.

In the eyes of God you are perfect and his energy is healing you right now.

This energy vortex is moving right down through your torso,

Rebalancing,

Repairing and strengthening.

It's focusing on your spine.

It's making your spine so strong because your spine is your support system.

And this healing energy vortex balances your spine and balances and smooths and helps out all the muscles around your neck,

Your spine is so strong and you are feeling so supported.

Now this healing energy vortex is moving through your chest,

Through your muscles and your tissues,

Healing anything that needs to be healed and sweeping out any toxins,

Any toxic memories or thoughts in and around this area of your body.

And now this healing energy vortex is moving right down through your lungs,

Balancing your breathing.

You breathe properly,

You breathe in,

You breathe out.

It's sweeping away anything that does no longer belong to you,

No longer belongs in your heart.

It's sweeping through your lungs so that you are so pure and so clean.

You breathe in,

You breathe out and any grief or pain in your lungs is just swept away as you breathe in and breathe out letting it go right now.

Your lungs are so strong and beautiful and healthy and as you breathe in this beautiful purple healing light,

This energy,

You breathe out anything that no longer supports you.

Anything that does no longer belong in your lungs you breathe out,

Anything that no longer belongs within you you simply breathe out,

You breathe in the perfect purple color,

You breathe out anything that no longer is deserving to be inside your body.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Now this healing energy vortex is moving into your stomach,

Into your solar plexus area right by your belly button.

And you can see your stomach is made so perfect.

You can see that every cell,

Every nerve in your stomach works perfectly.

You are commanding,

Directing and instructing your stomach to work perfectly and your digestion is perfect.

Your metabolic rate is perfect.

Your digestion is perfect no matter what you eat.

You take in energy and you use energy and your body feels more perfect,

More alive because your metabolic rate and your metabolism are perfect.

Feeling energy,

The vortex is now moving from your shoulders down to your upper arms,

Down your forearms,

Down to your fingertips.

You are doing a stellar job.

Feeling the energy vortex moving through your stomach,

Moving down your upper back until the small of your back as each muscle,

Every nerve feels strong.

This healing energy vortex that moves out of your stomach and moves in front every toxin,

Every chemical,

Every substance that should no longer be there is moving out of your body right now.

The healing energy vortex is cleansing your blood of toxins from substances that should not be there.

It is also cleansing you of toxic thoughts and memories that no longer need to stay.

The energy healing vortex is now moving into your small intestine,

Balancing all of your enzymes,

All of your beneficial bacteria that is in perfect balance and you digest and absorb all of your nutrition perfectly.

The healing energy vortex is moving into your bowel,

Taking out residues of old stuff,

Any toxicity,

Any toxic chemicals are being pushed and shoved ahead of the energy vortex as it moves through your body,

Moves through your body,

Out of your mind and out of your life forever.

And now this healing energy vortex is moving right down through your legs.

Anything that does no longer belong in your mind,

Your body,

Your psyche,

Anything that is imprinted,

Impressioned,

Any memory,

Any imperfection,

Any hurt that you no longer want in your life is being pushed ahead of this healing energy vortex.

You can feel that old stuff move down towards your knees,

Down towards your calves,

Your muscles,

You are starting to feel incredibly happy.

As this healing energy vortex,

The tip of it starts to move down to your souls,

Your feet and I want you to imagine that you have an opening,

A valve in the souls of your feet and all that stuff can start to come out.

Just like sand,

It starts to pour out and drain out and you feel this kind of sand pouring out of your body,

Leaving your body,

Taking out everything that should no longer be there.

Now you start to feel the sand trickling,

Pouring and moving out of your body yet again.

You are commanding,

Instructing,

Directing and compelling and programming your body to go back to its original state where everything is working perfectly,

Naturally,

Beautifully,

Wonderfully,

Just like nature and God intended.

And you feel any negative thoughts and feelings and imprints and memories being shoved of the energy vortex leaving your body draining out through the souls of your feet.

And as you feel this sand slowly trickling out,

All that negative energy is leaving your body and as it leaves your body and it leaves behind its purity and well-being and feeling so good and so happy.

So again,

You are focusing on the things you want to feel now,

The things you want to prepare and heal.

Just let yourself go deeper and deeper and just let yourself go deeper now and as this heavy sand leaves your body,

You grow with so much confidence.

And just feel this energy healing vortex,

Just feel it.

If you have any organ that needs to be healed,

See that organ in its shiny and healthy state.

Your skin is an organ.

Your skin is the largest organ in your body and it is responding and returning back to its perfect health,

Perfect complexion.

Your beautiful complexion is perfect.

You have perfect skin that is nourished and soft and satin.

It's smooth and perfect.

Your skeletal system is perfect.

Your muscles are perfect and you feel that because your body just feels so incredibly well,

Your skin,

Your weight,

Your self-esteem is phenomenal.

Your ability to speak perfectly and your breathing is absolutely perfect and anything that needs to be unblocked is unblocked.

You just feel so happy.

You feel so strong,

So well.

You speak phenomenally.

You are such an inspiration.

You are confidently speaking and it's so easy,

So effortlessly and you are free of pain and you move your body perfectly.

You feel beautiful,

Gorgeous and lovable and perfect just the way that you are.

And your brain and nervous system are perfect.

Your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems are working in perfect balance.

And all of your nerves are glowing and that beautiful purple healing light energy and everything it is repairing and healing and your brain is completely healed and rebalanced and your immune system is working perfectly to protect you from anything that might affect you.

Your immune system just feels so strong and it pushes out anything from the body that doesn't belong.

And your immune system is amazing because you are commanding and compelling your mind to make it so.

You sleep perfectly every night and your hearing is so perfect.

Any issues that may have been held onto and now gone and they are out of your life because you let go.

You are letting go.

Any issue with your mouth and throat,

Urinary tract and now long gone and your brain is perfect.

Your immune system is amazing and you can do anything.

Your head is clear of any issues with your bladder and it's all out of your life.

They are so far behind you and you absorb all your nutrition and your body's reflection of this as you become the person you want to be,

The way you want to be.

You have the energy that you want and everything is repairing and you feel healthy and beautiful and just let yourself go deeper one more time.

You are commanding your body,

Directing your body,

Compelling your body to go back,

Back to its original state with phenomenal memory,

Amazing confidence.

And you totally believe in yourself that you have perfect metabolism and everything is working out and you feel amazing.

And you know absolutely with unshakable confidence that you are healed and feeling amazing,

Phenomenal and that everything you need is within you.

So feeling wonderful,

Feeling healed,

Feeling amazing,

Feeling extraordinary because that's the way it's always been and most certainly always will be.

You are incredible.

You are enough.

You are lovable.

You are loved and your body is going right back to its original imprint and encoding that everything is in the right place at the right time doing the right work.

And all you have to do is play this recording every day because your body,

Your subconscious mind responds to it.

And amazingly that every time you play this recording you command your body,

Instruct your body to go back to its functioning permanently.

It knows exactly what to do and it's willing to do so.

So just feel the last remnants of that heavy sand dropping out the soles of your feet.

Feel that valve in your feet closing and everything is new and healthy,

Shiny and perfect.

So feeling liberated,

Feeling free,

Feeling healed,

So completely healed,

Feeling phenomenal and incredible,

Totally proud of yourself,

Feeling good about yourself.

Just like the completely healthy,

Happy and wonderful loving person that you are.

And when you play this recording at night you can drift into the most healing,

The most peaceful sleep that will carry you right through until the morning.
