So let's get started.
Sit comfortably and bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing in while letting your belly expand and breathing out and just letting your belly relax.
There should be no force or push of your abdominal muscles.
Just breathing in and breathing out.
Now bring your hands to your favorite Havening position.
That might be your palms,
Your shoulders to elbows or your face.
Whichever feels most comfortable and start to Haven.
Stroking softly like you would nurture a baby or someone you love or an elderly person.
Soft strokes.
Now bringing your attention again back to your breath and just noticing the inhale and exhale and now forget all about your breath and repeat after me.
I am grateful for how my body works for me.
I accept the shape of my body.
I find my body beautiful and appealing.
I only make healthy and nourishing eating choices.
I take care of my body and exercise daily.
My body is healthy and full of energy.
My body is filled with healing energy every time I inhale.
I am very grateful and happy with my body.
I crave healthy,
Nutritious foods.
My body is getting stronger and healthier every day.
I take loving care of my body.
I speak kindly to my body.
I am getting closer and closer to my ideal body weight.
I love the taste of fruit and vegetables.
I am in love with every cell of my body.
I radiate confidence and others respect me.
Others find me sexy and desirable.
I am filled with excitement when I look in the mirror.
I am starting to like what I see when I look in the mirror.
I am filled with love,
Hope and confidence.
I am grateful for the life force and energy that runs through my body.
Every action I take increases my confidence.
Everything I think,
Say and do makes me healthier.
I feel safe and comfortable in my body.
I love everything about my body.
I give thanks to my body.
Thank you feet for helping me stand up tall.
Thank you feet for walking me in different directions.
Thank you hands for giving and receiving.
Thank you hands for reaching out and asking for help.
Thank you eyebrows for keeping the rain out of my eyes.
Thank you eyelashes for keeping the dust out of my eyes.
Thank you body for being the source of life.

So sometimes we can feel that some affirmations are easier to say than others and we can almost hear that inner critic within our saying,
You're lying,
You don't believe that.
Who do you think you are?
That's not your truth.
You don't mean that,
Shut up.
That's a lie.
And that's when we really have to come back into ourselves and realize that the only belief that we were born with was that we were lovable and that we were enough.
And yes we were born with a couple of fears but those fears were that we would either starve to death or that we would be dropped.
And that's why a lot of us have an innate fear of heights because we don't have wings,
We're not like birds.
So when we think about the two things that we were born with that we loved about ourselves,
That we were lovable and we were enough,
These two things that we knew about ourselves,
Everything else just becomes a story that we've told or maybe something that we've picked up from somebody else,
Somebody else's belief systems.
So in this meditation I hope that you'll feel called to continue to repeat these and adding the havening along.
And the mind learns by repetition,
So the more times that you say these affirmations,
The deeper and deeper they will sink into the subconscious mind.
Your subconscious mind is in control of 80% of your thoughts,
So it's pretty powerful and it really controls a lot of the thought patterns and what's going on inside that magical brain of yours that is just trying to keep you safe.
So that's where I suppose the work that I do is so profound and so powerful because I go in and change those thoughts or change those memories.
And I don't really say I go in because me and my clients do it together,
But with Havening it's so rapid and so quick and I just love what I do.
