Quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in to your body and begin to relax.
And just relax and allow yourself to reflect on the following questions.

And let's move on to the second strengthening question,
One that represents the present.
What are you most proud of right now in your life?
Breathe in and breathe out.
And finally,
Let's move on to the third strengthening question that represents the future.
What are you most looking forward to in your life?
Breathe in and breathe out.
And just give thanks for the opportunity to reflect on these important questions in your life.
And when you are ready,
Just move your body around and come back into the room.
