Sometimes we all just need a moment in our busy day to rest and take care of ourselves.
So begin by closing your eyes and taking a deep breath into your body.
Allow yourself to gently settle into your seat and just breathe consciously into your body,
Allowing both your chest and your stomach to expand with the breath.
Breathe in,
And on the out-breath just release and let go.
Breathe in and bring your hand to your heart center and feel comforted and at peace.
Breathe into your heart and just rest here and listen,
Bringing with you the peace and the calm that you found in this moment of rest.
Open your eyes,
Aware and awake,
Feeling calm and rested and ready to move on with your day.
