I'm just going to invite you to drop your awareness down into your body as you close your eyes and begin to relax.
Breathing deep,
Dropping down,
Softening the mind,
And deepening into your body.
Breathing and relaxing,
Just noticing the mind and how quickly it moves,
And then dropping your awareness down into your chest,
And then deep down into your belly.
Just noticing the difference in the level of noise as you drop down,
And feeling your bottom in the chair,
Feeling your feet connecting with the ground,
How it naturally calms and quiets the mind.
Notice how quiet and still everything becomes.
Notice that when the body relaxes,
The mind naturally quiets down and calms.
So just stay here,
Dropping back into your body,
Down,
Down into your belly,
Just noticing and sitting with the peace and the quiet,
Dropping everything else and just being here,
Just listening within to the calm.
Staying deep within your body and deep within the simple calm.
