Hi,

And welcome to this meditation on creating a sense of belief in yourself and calm confidence in your life.

So,

To begin,

Get into a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

Settle into your seat,

And relax,

Just relaxing the body and letting go of any tightness or tension,

Just letting it melt away.

You can breathe deep as you relax,

Or you can breathe gently and naturally as you soften and deepen into your body,

Relaxing,

Receiving,

Gently curious,

And settling in to a light meditative state.

To begin calling calm confidence to yourself,

I invite you to call to mind a person that displays calm confidence to you in a really admirable way,

Whether they are someone you know or not,

Someone living or passed on.

Call that person to mind now and allow yourself to gently connect with them and begin resonating with the energy that they are giving off,

Until you start to settle into this calm,

Confident energy and feel it too.

Next,

Notice how this person carries themselves,

How they talk to and connect with others,

The ways that they naturally believe in themselves,

And how good it feels to be in their presence.

Notice what in particular makes it so delightful to be in their presence.

Really notice their energy and allow yourself to resonate with that energy inside you as well,

Feeling your own feelings of calm confidence.

And as you resonate with their energy,

What is available to you now that wasn't available before?

Beautiful.

So just breathe in and breathe out and just let that person's energy go for now,

But stay in the energy of your own calm confidence.

And as you are feeling your own sense of calm confidence,

Reflect on a situation that you are currently struggling with in your life,

Imagining how you might show up differently as you are feeling calm and confident inside.

Wonderful.

Allow yourself just a few minutes more to reflect and feel these feelings of calm confidence within you.

And when you are ready,

Gently move your body around,

Coming back into the room.

Open your eyes,

Aware and awake,

Feeling calm confidence and ready to move on with your day.
