Elise Jansen is an advanced mult-style yoga teacher that has taught yoga for over 15 years. She is also an MBSR teacher - and teaches Yoga modules in MBSR-trainings in Europe for the Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (IMA). She conducts a 200 hours Mindful Yoga TTC - fusing both Movement, Interoseption and Restorative Yoga with Mindfulness. She is passionate about sharing and learning about introceptive approaches to embodiment, healing and well being in everyday life.
