Maja knew there had to be another way—a life led from alignment, intuition, and inner rhythm. Maja's journey brought her to Kundalini Yoga, Ayurveda, Somatic and Family Constellation coaching—practices that taught her how to release old patterns, reconnect with her body, and reclaim her energy. Over time, these tools transformed not just how Maja moved through her day, but how she experiences life. Today, Maja guides other women to step off the hamster wheel and return home to themselves.
