This is a guided meditation that uses focus on the breath to help quiet and calm the nervous system. Students are invited to scan the body for areas of tension and use the breath to find softness and release. The meditation ends with the Sanskrit prayer: Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu. May all beings everywhere be happy and free and may the thoughts, words and actions of my own life, contribute in some way to that happiness and freedom for all.
