Why not instead just let yourself be.
Unwind your mind.
Breathing in.
Big sigh.
Maybe turning your palms face up.
Opening your hands.
Feeling this sense of open energy.
Welcoming the day.
Trusting that it will unfold exactly as it's meant to.
Exhaling any doubt,
Anxiety.
Whispering to yourself,
I will trust the unfolding of this day.

Notice what is shifting energetically in your body,
Your heart as you say these words.

Slow breath in.
Let it go.
Can you let go of all the what ifs and just come back to what is right here.
May you feel and know that you are right on time.
Really feel the release of any energy that is filled with anticipation,
Expectations or judgment.
And calling forward this energy of what if it goes really really well.
Today can be a beautiful and great day.
