Take Time To Celebrate Yourself

My friend, when was the last time you celebrated yourself? So often we are always looking forward to the next thing. Focusing on what is ahead of us and who we think we need to become in order to get there. But how far have you come already? Have you recognized and celebrated your growth? Not just for all you've done, but for who you have become along the way. You deserve time to see yourself and celebrate you fully.

My friend this is for you to remember you are worthy of celebrating and Where you are is enough. I know it's easy to get caught in the trap of constantly trying to improve and grow and The amount of energy it takes to run toward your success When was the last time you stopped? And really saw yourself right here with complete awe and amazement Take your sweet time to find a place that feels really grounding Whatever that looks like for you today and right away. Let's take a deep breath in Big sigh exhale Inhale deeply Sigh it out One more breath in big sigh Just land in this very moment Bring your full attention to yourself Taking a long loving look at yourself right here as you are How does it feel to be you in this moment as you sit here in stillness? In the quiet with little to no distractions and you actually see yourself See who you have become And in this moment be interested in who you are Not what you've done Breathe in slowly Let it go There will always be another finish line This version of you right here right now won't be here forever Can you really see yourself? Can you say Wow? To yourself Everything that led you here all that you've gone through the resiliency in your heart whispering to yourself right here I see you and I celebrate you I see you and I celebrate you I see you And I celebrate you not creating a list of things you've accomplished Celebrating yourself for simply being here as you are breathe in exhale If it feels okay start to visualize a younger version of you Maybe even the you that you were a couple years ago Or maybe a you a decade ago Maybe your mind Right away visualize you as a child Whatever feels the most safe Picture this younger version of you Notice what you're wearing Notice your hairstyle See if you can actually feel this version of you their energy their light and now imagine gently reaching out your hand and slowly grabbing the younger version's hand and hand in hand imagine Walking down a path and as you walk down this path you are showing this version of you all of your becoming Imagine the look on your face this younger version of you Their jaw dropping eyes going wide Just allowing your mind to visualize this moment If only you could see yourself the way this younger version of you sees you Jaya, John writes the more you notice and Celebrate even your smallest triumphs the less consumed you are by your worries fears and challenges One of the most powerful factors in healing is to recognize your healing You have overcome countless things in your lifetime Reward yourself with moments of gratitude and peace Meditate on your soul successes plant better stories Harvest a better life See yourself in a whole new light Take an in-breath Celebrate all that you are Knowing you're exactly where you need to be and you are exactly who? You need to be Coming back to this moment you with you this version of you Giving yourself a hug wrapping your arms around you and Just honoring and cherishing yourself Yes, You've accomplished so much more than you give yourself credit for and The most important thing is who you are May you feel proud?
