Deepen your breath.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale let it go.
Allow yourself to fully sink into whatever is holding you.
Really feel the connection point between your body,
The cushion,
The ground beneath you.
You are free to rest here.
Slow breath in,
Slower exhale.
Notice the pace of your mind.
Maybe notice that you've been running on autopilot,
Not really fully awake to the moment that you're in.
Without any shame or judgment,
Just checking in,
Noticing.
I know I can find myself moving from moment to moment,
Task to task,
Without really thinking.
This is when I know I'm allowing the subconscious mind to run the day.
Becoming a loving witness of yourself here.
Slowing down the breath and using the breath to enter your heart.
Breathe in.
Feel the heart opening,
Exhale as you drop into the heart.
Becoming more heart-centered,
Heart-minded,
Feeling into the heart.
Breathe your way there,
Inhale.

How do you know you've landed within your heart?
What does it feel like to be heart-centered?
Within your heart,
There is this deep knowing that you are right on time.
There's no rush.
Within your heart,
There's this deep,
Deep trust between you and you.
Within your heart is your intuition,
Your inner voice.
Encourage the breath to deepen,
To keep landing deeper into your heart.

Exhale.
Really feeling your awareness settle into your heart.
Everything that's been weighing on you drifts away.
Right now,
You can feel that your heart is your home.
You are a safe place to land.
This peace has always been waiting for you within your heart.
Breathe out.
If your heart could speak to you in this moment,
What would it whisper?
Notice the subtle shift here.
Take in this feeling of being more heart-centered.
Taking a moment to be proud of yourself for slowing down and meeting your heart.
