Hi my friend,

This meditation is a simple check-in for you.

So often we rush through our days and we go from one thing to the other and we forget to slow down and check in.

Right away,

If it feels okay,

Close your eyes and place your hands over your heart.

Breathe in slow,

Exhale let it go.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Notice already the connection between your hands and your heart.

Notice how good it feels to just breathe with yourself right here.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Whispering to yourself,

Hi,

I am here.

I see you.

I love you.

How are you,

Really?

Listen and breathe with whatever is coming up.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Welcome all parts of you here.

Noticing the pain,

The hurt and also the peace and the calm.

Holding space for yourself to be exactly as you are.

Slow inhale,

Slow exhale.

You are worthy of the reunion between you and you.
