Close your eyes and place your hands over your heart.
Breathe in slow,
Exhale let it go.

Notice already the connection between your hands and your heart.
Notice how good it feels to just breathe with yourself right here.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Whispering to yourself,
Hi,
I am here.
I see you.
I love you.
How are you,
Really?
Listen and breathe with whatever is coming up.

Exhale.
You cannot heal if you pretend you are not hurt.

The hurt and also the peace and the calm.
Holding space for yourself to be exactly as you are.
