Breathe in through your nose.

As you inhale,
Really feel the belly,
Lungs,
Chest expand.
As you exhale out your mouth,
Feel the letting go,
The settling.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale release.
Gently with your right hand,
Place your peace fingers on your forehead,
Your ring finger over your left nostril and your thumb over your right nostril.
Sealing your lips closed,
Pressing the left nostril closed.
Inhale through your right nostril.
Close the right.
Exhale out the left nostril.
Inhale through the left.
Close the left.
Exhale out the right.
Inhale through the right.
Close the right.
Exhale out the left.
Inhale through the left.
Close the left.
Exhale out the right.
Inhale through the right.
