Welcome to the last month of the year Begin to arrive into your body and notice how that statement lands with you Welcome to the last month of the year Breathe in Breathe out Notice how your body responds to this truth As the year comes to a close and we enter a new one How do you feel?

Really begin to drop into your heart Breathing in slowly Letting it go You've done enough this year You grew in ways that you can't even quite comprehend You made more of an impact than you'll ever know You've done enough and you are enough Reflecting on this past year,

Why are you proud of you?

Bring into your heart's awareness the time this past year that you were in complete awe of yourself Reflect and drop into a big moment of growth for you this past year You are different from last December,

Thank goodness Embracing the change within you,

Knowing that you are becoming I hope you don't end this year feeling like you are behind You,

Release it May you celebrate what went right May you acknowledge how far you've come May you appreciate the lessons learned May you slow down and take time to rest May you acknowledge who is still present in your life and who no longer is May you let go of any regret or shame May you give more love to yourself and others May you feel grateful for your body and how it's carried you this entire year May you cultivate abundance and feel the peace in letting go of this year And welcoming in the next Breathe in Breathe out Allow yourself to just sit in your own awareness Allowing anything to come up from this past year Allow your inner voice to come forward Only when you're ready,

Begin to come back into the room you're in Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes Breathe in Breathe it out Notice what has shifted within you Feel a renewed energy Carrying this deep reflection with you,

This clarity Feeling reconnected to your deep knowing,

Your true essence Inhale slow Exhale,

Let it go Happy New Year,
