Away from the over-analyzing,
Over-thinking.
Journey into the heart.
Feel the breath as you inhale.
Feel the breath as you exhale.
Really allow yourself to sink in and be where your feet are.
Asking yourself what part of me needs attention right now?
Where am I holding onto something that no longer serves me?
What does inner safety feel like to me in this moment?
How can I speak to myself the way I would to someone I love?
How can I nurture the seeds of peace,
Presence,
And love within me?
Allow these questions to open your heart.
And now my friend,
Just give yourself the gift of staying with you.
Stay here in the quiet of your own mind.
The best way to nourish ourselves is to just pause and spend time and give ourselves the loving awareness we need.
If it feels right,
Wrap your arms around you.
Give yourself a warm embrace,
A gentle hug.
Just whisper to yourself,
I love you,
I am listening,
I love you,
I am listening.
Feeling grounded by your own presence,
What a gift it is to be the greatest source of everything you need for you.
