Hi my friend.
Gently close your eyes if you'd like and maybe right away place a hand on your beating heart.
Inhale as you lift your heart.
Exhale as you soften your shoulders.
Feel your beautiful heart beating.
This heart of yours that has been with you through it all.
This heart of yours that feels and is the keeper of your feelings.
My friend,
It is okay to not be okay.
May you never say I'm fine when really you are not.
As you hold yourself in this moment can you answer this question honestly?
How are you really?
Breathe in.
It's okay if it feels complex,
If you don't know,
If there's a lot of feelings swirling within you,
Simply hold space for you.
What feelings are asking to be felt?
In this moment free your mind of needing everything to be okay or fine,
Of not needing to justify any emotion.
Just feel.
Can you feel your mind start to unwind?
Getting out of the over-analyzing thinking mind and into the feeling heart.
Notice the sensation of your feelings.
We have to feel it to free it.
Feelings are simply asking to be felt.
Feelings are simply energy.
Use the breath to move that energy and feel it through.
Feelings are not really asking for intervention.
Feelings are simply asking to be acknowledged and felt.
Free your mind of the story,
The why,
And just let yourself feel fully.
