Hi my friend,

Arrive in this moment just as you are,

Closing your eyes gently if you'd like and begin to slowly drop into your body,

Breathe in,

Exhale,

Just start by landing within your heart,

Gently shifting away from the overanalyzing mind and into your knowing,

Your heart,

Despite any discomfort that might arise,

Begin to become aware of your body,

Without any judgment,

Notice if your mind went right to how your body looks versus how it feels,

Maybe see your body and feel into your body through the lens of your heart and may there be a filter of kindness,

Acceptance,

Awe,

Breathe with whatever you are observing,

Whatever you are experiencing with your body in this moment,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Notice the parts of your body that are tense,

Holding,

Gripping,

Can you soften here,

Can you release,

Embody,

My friend we get one life in one body,

Our bodies are always with us,

Functioning 24-7,

Non-stop,

The least we can do is be kind to our body,

Maybe place a hand or two over your heart,

Whisper thank you body,

Thank you body,

Feel this overwhelming awe and gratitude fill your entire being,

Gratitude for the function of your body,

Letting go of what it looks like or what it should look like,

Gratitude for the body that holds you,

That carries you through your life,

Especially if this is hard for you,

Stay with the practice,

Practicing kindness,

Gentle awareness of the body,

Compassion and acceptance,

Let this new light,

This new loving energy fill every inch of you,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Body kindness doesn't have to be perfect,

You just have to have awareness and you just have to try and try again,

Being unkind to your body in any given moment won't change your body,

It will however change the way you feel about being in your body,

And your body hears everything you say,

So be kind,

Especially if it feels hard to be kind,

You my friend are worthy,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Now whisper one kind thing to your body that you need to hear,

And if it feels right to you,

Wrap yourself up in a hug,

Holding you,

Knowing that you are so much more than a body,

This body is a container that holds your soul,

Your light,

Your energy,

Your love,

You go beyond body,

Beyond what is seen,

Hold yourself here,

And feel this kindness swirl around you and within you,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Thank you body,

I love you body,

Gently allow your hands to rest on your lap or your heart,

And just notice the shift now within you take a moment to sit a little longer with this body kindness,

This new awareness,

Follow your breath in,

May you carry this practice with you,

Be kind to your body blinking your eyes open if they were closed,

Coming back into your space,

Go slowly,

Go kindly,
