Inhale let something go,
Continuing to hold your heart,
Knowing that you are safe in this moment,
Continue this breath pattern if it serves you for a couple more rounds,
Notice maybe a subtle shift,
Remember that your breath is your anchor to the present moment,
It's your anchor back to the peace that is always residing within you,
