Hi my friend,

Welcome yourself into this moment,

Right away if it feels right to you closing your eyes and placing your hands over your heart,

Instead of resisting and trying to push away our anxiety,

Let's validate that the anxiety makes sense,

That it's just passing through,

Breathe in slowly,

Exhale sigh it out,

Breathe in through your nose,

Hold,

Inhale a little more,

Exhale sigh it out your mouth,

Softening your body,

Letting go of any muscular energy,

Inhale let something go,

Continuing to hold your heart,

Knowing that you are safe in this moment,

Continue this breath pattern if it serves you for a couple more rounds,

Notice maybe a subtle shift,

Remember that your breath is your anchor to the present moment,

It's your anchor back to the peace that is always residing within you,

Be kind to your mind,

Keep breathing through your day,

Keep holding your heart,

And let something go,
