This is for when you feel like you don't have enough time and you still know that pausing for at least a couple minutes can shift something within you maybe place your hands over your heart right away closing your eyes if that feels safe drop into your heart and free yourself from your overthinking mind breathe in breathe out breathe in for two three four hold two three four exhale two three four hold two three four inhale hold exhale hold inhale hold exhale hold inhale hold exhale hold hold exhale breathe in release maybe shake your shoulders a little bit rest your hands on your lap what is something you've been waiting to hear whisper something empowering encouraging to yourself right now breathe in sigh it out blink your eyes open if they were closed find a soft smile and carry on with a little more awareness from my heart to yours
