Buah Meditasi This meditation practice is focusing to release the griefness or the sadness Somehow when we feel overwhelmed with this emotion don't forget to take a deep inhale through your nose and Exhaling with a sigh through your mouth another inhale through your nose And letting go more to your mouth Another inhale to your nose Letting go completely to your mouth You may close your eyes Find a most comfortable position Lengthen your spine Opening your chest and your heart Shoulder relax Just observe the emotion in your heart center Maybe now you feel Griefness you feel sadness Do not analyze too much Do not drown into that emotion too much Just observe with the objective Attitude Just observe as a third party and say in your heart You're okay You are okay And repeat after me these affirmations three times in your heart center said with your Sincere heart I accept that whatever happened in my life is my karma I accept that whatever happened in my life is my karma I accept that whatever happened in my life is my karma I transform griefness into kindness I transform griefness into kindness I Transform griefness into kindness.

I am free.

I Am free I Am free And I am happy and I am happy and I am happy So believe that all the griefness or the sadness Will melting away In just very quick.

It's all temporary You are okay You are okay So repeat these affirmations With a graceful heart with the acceptance I Accept that whatever happened in my life is my karma.

I Transform griefness into kindness I'm free and I'm happy You may continue the meditation And slowly gently you may bring your awareness back to your physical body inhale through the nose And letting go completely through your mouth You may gently open your eyes smile for a new you smile for the happy you Namaste
